P.S.S: KevRed, I noticed the FS updates were only for vet's so far (they have to cater to the comer-backers, if that's a word, before the n00bs get broken in).

Ehem....

I'm a noob when it comes to blogging and threads and this is the first forum I've ever been in. Thanks to your Dawn Patrol link I'm close to up to date with the lingo.
First off.....I've been Wavedashing for a month now but always thought it was just a glitch in my game (old use or something, I don't know) but I never knew it was called, I thought the term wave dashing was that annoying False Reflect thing. Wavedashing....I heard people talking about this and followed some links from your site. That's crazy, I thought it was some weird gimmic cause my game was busted but it's actually always been a part of the game!!!!!!! Now I know!!!!!

Secondly.....I hear you all talking about tournaments and training for them ect.....
How??????
I would like to be in one of these before Brawl comes out but I have no idea how. I'm pretty sure you're not talking about regular Tourn Melee in the game.....PLEASE INFORM ME MORE!!

yes and no. yes i was in one that wasnt really serious (bunch of college buddies) and no because theyre now all a bunch of losers. i still gotta work on my game a bit. my Fox is sucking but my DK is still decent thoguh i still cant beat a good Falco with him and get 1-stocked by a sheik. im eventually gonna get a good camera (one that actually records from TV directly to digital vido for friggin once) and try to do some recording

not a bad list but now what if we get like 35 characters instead? who would you eliminate from that?

i would eliminate the least possible characters (but they're some of my favorite:cry:)

paper mario - 6 mario characters are pushing it
Krool - seems like a very good AT
Resetti- seriously only put him cause AC stage but it could just be a stage
Mii- i dunno
something unpredictable- really what is there left?

i'm leaning more on a dk stage

I'm guessing either a How-To, or a stage.

If it's going to be a stage, I'd say a DK stage.

Yes um, that Dawn Patrol thing. How do you consider yourself even half of a crew if you can't even wavedash? I know you don't need it, but if you know how to do it and can't, that's un****ing believable. You don't even imply advanced techniques? One of your members can't SHFFL?

The update with DK during E3 week was frighteningly early.

I'm kind of hoping for some more elaboration on the update from Friday, but that probably won't happen. Maybe we'll get our weekly character profile?

If you want sigs/banners, you can go to the artwork room and request one.

Back on topic:

If it is a character, I'd say Yoshi too.

I personally think it will be a stage, however.

Wavedashing isn't a big deal
I've done it for a while and didn't what what it was called
Maybe the update will be Wavedashing but it will be easier for people who struggle at it.
Maybe it'll be part of the game

I don't know about Kirby's Final Smash
It's been up in the air for a while and they still haven't shown it
Maybe they're saving it for the trail end of the updates

Yoshi Marth C.Falcon Ness and Ice Climbers are left to be updated from the old game as starters....
Either one will be awsome!!!
