id say the same, CN SUX now. c'mon, whats thier deal with reality shows? heck a cartoon is on about reallity shows,HOW IMAGITIVE!*sarcasm* 6-teen,johny test, total drama island are my MOST avoided shows. whatever happend to Toonami? back in 2006 it used to air dragonballz and all those GOOD anime shows, zoids was AWSOME ive never seem 3D animations so good. i missed billy and mandy, it was a crude yet funny show, i found a quote from them: "In the future, there will be over 1000 channel on TV, AND still nothing to watch" ive never seen Megas XLR, once i youtubed it.....it was the most awsome show i ever saw. what CN needs to do it bring back the old school or add ACTION show(sory bout the wall of deth)

-courage still airs(thankfully) on saturdays 1-2pm ish.

-ALL of the 90s classics are on bommerang (im assuming they show suky shows on purpose)

-Along with ed,edd, eddy, they air in around 1pm ish sometimes

- i cant wait to see where CN end up at in 13 more years, the only reason i watch cartoon network is for adult swim,

I cried when they took toonami off the 2hrs/day schedule and replaced it with that crap (don't recall the name). Toonami was the **** man, along with AS, which has kinda gotten crappier over the years. They took off futurama :(

Ed Edd and Eddy, Courage, Rurouni Kenshin, Samurai Jack, Cow and Chicken, etc. All the good stuff is gone, I'm glad I no longer get CN.

If it makes you feel better, they had to take off Futurama because Comedy Central acquired the rights to air it on their network. Since Adult Swim wasn't signed on to make any new episodes they only had the right to air previously existing episodes so when their contract ran up, Comedy Central got them.

At least with Comedy Central, they've been able to crank out four new movies.

Megas XLR was freaking amazing

I miss TOM 1-3, Toonami when it was on the Absolution, Sara, The Midnight Run and Cartoon Cartoon. :(

So many epic shows. Toonami is what got me into anime in the first place with ones like Gundam Wing, DBZ, Yu Yu Hakusho and my favorite even now Rurouni Kenshin.

And just great cartoons like the ones Nehemiah listed above.

They replaced Toonami with umm...Maguzi? Or something. Couldn't hold a candle to Toonami, but Code Lyoko during that block wasn't that bad.

Code Lyoko was interesting, the CG and stuff though isn't what I'd call...amazing. I think if it had been done a bit differently it would have been a lot more enjoyable, and there would be a lot more hentai of it.

They ran Meguzi on the weekdays and Toonami on the weekends, but we were at TOM 4 by that point I think.

Code Lyoko was ok. It didn't really hold my interest though. =/
Maybe because I missed alot of episodes.

Code Lyoko wasn't exactly Earth-Shatteringly awesome, but it wasn't burn it at the stake-ingly bad either. And yeah, the CGI kind of sucked but the series really shined during the hand-animated sequences. The storyline, although a bit repetitive, was interesting enough to keep my attention, anyway.

Code Lyoko season 4 was a bit of a let down. I'm rewatching Outlaw Star now, anyone remember the banned episode?

I dig giant robots!
I'm planning on watching Outlaw Star this summer, so what episode did they not let in the US this time?

Chicks dig giant robots!

That helps a bit, thanks :p

Code Lyoko got repetitive pretty fast though, that's the main problem I had with it.

Shows that should of been kept:
Bobobo-bo Bo-bobo (Well it wasn't Cartoon Network's fault, but they could play reruns of it)
Samurai Jack (Reruns plz, it was a good show!)
Code Lyoko (<3)
Miyazaki movies (there was a month when Toonami played almost all of them, forget what month it was)
Rurouni Kenshin

Shows that should be taken off air:
The Pokemon series (ENOUGH!)
Naruto (Me and my freind hate this show, this is what was meant to replace Samurai Jack or Bleach...?)
Total Drama Island (Action looks worse)
6teen (This is funny, Nick gave up on this show and CN decides to take it)
Those stupid reality shows (This is a network that plays cartoons, right?
Anything else that I think sucks :p (But that's just me...)

Bleach is on adult swim. But could have been put on Toonami's MIDNIGHT RUN if the the thing still existed. But I realize that can't co-exst with adult swim. Pokemon will never go. I'm pretty sure.

No, it's all voom's fault cuz it was too violent and:

So anyway, CN now sucks.

I miss Samurai Jack and KND.

Hell, I even liked the original Pokémon compared to the crappy Pokémon they have on now. Misty was annoying though, May was my favorite girl that traveled with them.

pokemon show sucks now literally he ties like half his battles and gets off with good effort. maybe i just didn't care back in the day. and now dawn has her little piplup jumping in to help with what pikachu could obviously handle quite well all by himself. and dawn is depressed and cutting her self all the time. and everything brock makes is super secret specialized optimal steriod juice for one exact specimen in the entire world...

...maybe i was dumber as a kid

hey remember the good days you know when ash used to win his battles when he didnt have to repeat every gym like 3 times when pokemon actually had intresting fillers when ash didnt sound like a chain smoker....and one other thing still bothers me...

shouldnt that pikachu be idk godly...?'

remember when we cn had variety when we didnt have to watch 4 hr blocks of old eps of chowder and flap jack.
Remember when cn didnt recycle old nick shows (6teen) but know one seems to remember this
Remember when cn didnt have to steal shows from other networks period.
remember when we had quality anime like gundam dbz and ill even admit dbgt
remember when cn was all about the toons no real life and thats what set it apart from nick *cough cn real cough*
remember when cn didnt have to show movies just to fill time slots.
remember cartoon cartoon the midnight run?

The Old Cartoon Network and the old logo we will never forget.

I watched that Pokemon marathon they had on President's Day. I decided to watch it too see if the new stuff can even compare to the original season. I watched 4 hours of it and didn't see ONE gym battle! Those stupid contests are just lame attempts to have the pokemon trainers do something else than battle. I couldn't even tell who winning with it's screwed up point system. There are WAY too many fillers. Pikachu should be at level 200 by now and the plot doesn't even revolve around Ash anymore.

The only interesting part was the summer school thing. A stupid concept, but was sort of interesting.

I miss the original season, it was so cool T_T

im a huge cartoon buff myself, and while i acknowledge that CN has fallen from greatness, it has never hit me personally as hard as the fall of nickelodeon or mtv animation. as entertaining as Cartoon cartoons could be, they were never able to produce anything that had an emotional impact on my childhood like Ren and Stimpy or Rocko's Modern Life, and in the case of mtv, beavis and butthead or Aeon Flux.

maybe i just didnt get CN's brand of humor like the others.

btw Adult Swim needs a serious overhaul...

actually dragon ballz was the best

but the stooped it and started dragonball gt which is garbage

so still spongebob is #1 all time
second would be dbz just because the series is over, if it was still going it would be #1
