Melee Singles - $10
Melee Doubles - $10 per team
There will be absolutely NO BRAWL ALLOWED
If you bring a copy of Brawl, you will be kicked out of my house, NOT EVEN LYING.
Draft Crews are possible if there's time.
Times and Whatnot
Registration for doubles is from 10 - 11:30
If you're going to get here after registration but before we start doubles, call my phone and I will register you and you can pay when you get there.
HOWEVER, if you are not there by 12 we begin without you, but it won't be a big deal because I'll just give a bye to whoever you were going to play against.
Singles registration will happen during the end of doubles, and will begin immediately following grand finals. I'm doing this so that we may have time for draft crews, and perhaps LOW TIER SINGLES!

STAGE BANNING
You have two options. If you ban a neutral stage, it can't be picked on random or counterpicked by your opponent. If you ban a non neutral, you can strike a neutral stage from random select, but the stage you strike CAN be counterpicked.

If you and your opponent agree on it, you can play any stage you want, and you can use items too.
So technically, a 1 match, 10 stock set on Hyrule with items on very high, is definitely allowed as long as the two players agree to it. regarding this though, you can make your matches as many stocks as you want, but the time limit has to remain.
For the most part though matches will work like this:
4 stock
7 minute time limit
Friendly Fire ON for teams
If you are late for your match by more than 5 minutes, you lose the set, that is it, no questions.
If the last match of your set is an ABSOLUTE TIE, meaning you and your opponent have the same stock and same percent, you will quit sudden death, and have a 1 stock match on the same stage as your last match. If you play Brawl status and run THAT match to the end of the time limit, not only will you be disqualified, but I will call the police and tell them you're trespassing and plant a copy of brawl in your car or sweater or whatever and tell them it's yours. after the police come I'm going to call your parents. Then I'll break your thumbs so you can't play any games for months.
I REALLY hate stalling. don't do it. if you ledgestall, you'll be banned before you can say "you must recover".
Very Important Rules About Being In My House
You can be loud until 8 o'clock. I have 2 younger siblings that will be in school at that time, regardless of your wacky college schedule, and although they don't have school the next day, they are young and I will kill you if you bother them.
All food can be consumed in the kitchen. If you want to make food and you see something you want to make, ask first at least.
don't smoke in my house or anywhere near it. you have to take a walk to smoke. I'm not going to have butts lying around the property. you don't have to go too far, but you have to vacate the premises.
don't break anything. I will keep your entry money and kick you out if you do, depending on the value of what you break of course. If you break something big, you will receive a bill.
Keep the language fairly clean. My siblings are young. Yes, I realize they've heard it all before, but I don't care. you can curse at speaking level, but if you're shouting and spewing awful language, that's another story.
Stay in the basement for the most part, that's where the tournament is. If you need to use the bathroom, talk to me.
Breaking any of these rules will result in immediate expulsion from my house, hands down.
