Wavedashing OOS

how many of you use 1 button to do it?

i only use L but i mess up a lot in tournament with it

im semi-alrite with it in friendlies

SOMEONE TEACH ME TO MASTER THIS MUST HAVE FOR DOC MAINS TECHNIQUE

i think most people use an alternate button

do whatever's easier for you

I only use one button (R)

For the record, I don't use L for anything at all.

and wavedash with r only

I only use L to hard shield. Wavedashing/L-canceling/Light shielding with R. I find it really difficult to wavedash out of a hard shield with the same button.

I alternate shielding with L/R, but I WDOoS by shielding with L and WD with R.

But sometimes I'll be shielding with R, so I have to immediately hold L too, and then WD with R.

i took my R button spring out and removed its functionality cause i usually rest my finger on it and accidentally roll when i dont mean to.. i use L for everything. also, i never use Y.

I do everything with R...... EVERYTHING

But I never wavedash out of shield because I always **** up. I know I have to do it to get better though so idk if im gonna start using L for it or not

you don't have to completely let go of the shoulder button
just enough so it will click again

it's not always done to punish
