[WA] Perth Smash Thread

We are probally the first tournament in Australia to not finish. We were having way too much fun and forgot about the tournament lol.

Meanwhile we have the four remaining people to play in the tournament Sam, Ric, Vlade and Glenn. Vlade and Ric has been a very tough fight. Vlade has been telorpting and hitting richard from back and front with his laser gun dealing some damage too. Ric has a plan for Vlade and is charging up a spirit bomb.
On the other side of the Earth Glenn is shaking up charging up his power level so he is prepared to fight the winner out of Ric and Vlade.
Samuel is waiting for his final opponent while his other brother Rob has all 7 dragon balls and is prepared to use them and wish richard back from the dead if the mighty Vlade defeats him. This would mean terrible trouble as Samuel and Richard both have the same power level which means they can both fuse together to form Samard. This deadly fusion hasn't been defeated by no one yet but we will have to find out what happens,

it couldnt actually finish like that. Glenn got into winners finals and lost to sam so he would be in loosers finals so at very worst he would have come 3rd. I personally think Glenn would have come 2nd he was effing on fire 2day. He beat ric and vlade to get to winners finals and chose to actually stick with IC instead of going stupid other random characters like puff, well except for once against vlade lol. Yea i heard it would b concluded next weekend and smashfest,

Gnasch- your diddy has improved immensly i was really confident going into our match cos i played diddy for so long but you showed me lol
I think my highlights of the day was Alzi's and luigi's match on pirate ship, so glad that was recorded
and Glenn and Ric's match on SV. Down to like 3 or 4 mins left and ric being on 70% and glenn on 10% or something, everyone shouting at Ric not to do any moves that are punishable and 2 stay on the platform, that was great

Okay I was quite disappointed with my performance yesterday, especially against glenn. I wasn't playing properly at all and just did unsafe things. I probably should have been 3 stocked to be honest. Anyway I'll make sure it doesn't happen again next sunday, just as long as I don't lose to richard.

Trav: Good shiz running the tournament man, don't worry about the fact it didn't finish up, you still did an awesome job of handling things and I guess we know what needs to happen for future tournaments. Don't think I played you at all today actually but we play enough already

Nasch: Really close games there man, if you didn't get "Vlade'd" you probably would've won the second match I gotta learn more about the diddy matchup if I'm gonna go over east sometime.
Mic: Thanks for teaming with me! Had a ball, and I'm very pleased with how we did considering that we've never teamed before. Also loved that double Wavebird match where you got a grab release infinite going :D
Richard: I owe you $7. We'll be playing next sunday, don't expect me to go easy >_> I'm really hungry for a tournament win despite the fact I'd have to win 6 matches if I got into Grand Finals
Lvl 9 Weegee: Good ****, first time I've strained my vocal chords in a long while. Keep the shoryukens going, and I'd love to seem some taunt kills in the future
Rick: You've improved a LOT, evident from your tournament result. Keep up the good work and enjoy the ride back to Geraldton Just a tip, when playing snake vs Falco DO NOT GET GRABBED, as you experienced he kinda gets destroyed by the chaingrab coz he has to C4 and ends up either racking up like 80 damage or dying from multiple spikes.
Kane: Good **** in doubles, didn't realise what you were doing until you explained to me XD Thanks a lot for the lifts too. Also, no Metaknight ftw!
Trill: Same as Kane I saw a couple of your matches and felt you could play better though, same goes for kane.

good morning guys. i had a ball yesterday, doing the best i've done so far at the tournaments and only hope to place higher in the future tournaments to come. i didnt go full falcon as i would've hoped, instead i pulled out Snake for both doubles and MOST of my singles rounds, except against Davo, Kane (IC's are gay >) and Pete, by god that was a ******** ending to the second match :s.
anyway here are my shoutouts:
Lord Bowser: thanks for the tournament man, i enjoyed it immensely. cant wait to attend another one
Vlade: i did a bit better against you in our set than i usually do, either i was playing good or you were on an off day. i enjoyed it. and it shows that im improving
Peat278: was pretty cool to see you, even after said crap happened lololol. our set was pretty good, the rainbow cruise match was pretty spastic.
Muzga: Andre, Andre, Andre. me and Marteh got butthurt by you and trav in doubles :D gg. was good to hang out on wednesday. i look forward to maybe seeing you again when im next down during the week or whatever if you have anything planned.
Trill: i still havent managed to have any matches against you i liked your shirt though.
Bob: good work in doubles with Graeme against Marteh and I. was good to watch you play against others as well. maybe we'll be able to have a few more matches at some point.
Graeme: i enjoyed playing with your snake lololol. gg in dubz. we should have some snake dittos at some point :D

Marty: MARTEEEEEHHHHH. mang we did fairly alright in doubles even though we didnt get a bye. we did alot better than i thought we would seeing as we didnt have any practice before hand. we practically said "**** it, let's do this ****" and we powered through until bob and graeme stopped us. we will get retribution on them

Romant1k: Good games man. im no where near your skill level yet, but im learning and gg in our set, even though i got ***** hardcore. thanks for the little tip here and there while we were playing. it is appreciated.

so from now, i'll be switching back to snake, try and improve my nade mindgames, seeing as i think i lacked with that. and include C4 into my game alot more. i think i play a real campy snake but anyway.
basically i want to look for a teammate in perth i consistantly team with, being the two friends that i've brought down previously, like no offense to them. but with them they bring me down in doubles.

Marx: Sorry I had to pull out the Diddy **** first match, you should definitely stick to Link, he's a beast. We had a bad close second game, you just had one opening and let me get that pwnage combo in. None the less, you play a mad Link and can definitely improve. Looking forward to playing you again.
Alzi: I loved our matches lol. TL being beastly as usual, crazy comboes in my face throwing my off lol. Was kinda scared in the thrid match after you pwnd my Kirby second game lol.
Ric: I played like a freaking downie in our first game. I'm slowly doing better and better against you so watch out. You play your characters without crazy AT's and without abusing any stupid things so you are genuinely a really good player. Keep it up and you can win EI3 .
Chewe: I had so much fun playing our games, Peach is definitely your character lol. I knew you would be confident going into that match lol so I was scared. But they were really good matches, would have loved to get them recorded since we were both playing really well.
Vlade: >< RAGE. I got Vlade'd too much lol. Doing so well against you shows that I really have improved. I'm slowly learning how crazy fast you can actually do things with Falco but I'm nearly there.
Techno: Ganon dittoes are bound to be epic lol. I'd say you have a better Dorf than I do. Only got to see your Snake playing against Pete's Failcon, you did well and will definitely get a lot better. Nice job beating MK with Falcon.
Buff: I love to hate playing your ROB. I feel stupid being hit by headbutt of doom lol. Too bad you flunked out in singles, doubles was pretty epic though. A noob bus is where it's at.
Kane: IMO main top tier and change based on situation lol. You can play most of top tier at a decent level, but you're probably just going to end up going back to MK in the end. Main MK have back ups lol.

Yeah it would be best to just wait for the tournament to finish, our goal was actually to have it up by this sunday and from the people left we can still have it up by then anyway since the bulk of the tournament was complete. Note that there are definitely some changes in what we had as our original list before the tournament
That means a lot to me. I don't get much respect outside of the smash community so I am really grateful for the respect and friendships I've earned by playing this game

Rick - Was good fun doing double's with you, I'm actually surprised how well we did although I felt in the alter games I really let you down and you started carrying, sorry man.
Marx - Shame we got like a total of one friendly in, but was hectic, still was good fun hanging out with you, same with Ben except he didn't speak as much.

Mic - Once again I curse myself by commenting how we never verse each other 1v1, alot of people said I played **** that match and tbh I'm not sure either way you beat me, but it won't happen again my moddy friend.

Rick - Was good fun doing double's with you, I'm actually surprised how well we did although I felt in the alter games I really let you down and you started carrying, sorry man.
Marx - Shame we got like a total of one friendly in, but was hectic, still was good fun hanging out with you, same with Ben except he didn't speak as much

Mic - Once again I curse myself by commenting how we never verse each other 1v1, alot of people said I played **** that match and tbh I'm not sure either way you beat me, but it won't happen again my moddy friend.
