Is that necessary??? I mean, if we get sponsorship (which, let's be realistic here, we really should ) then that should be a decent chunk, if not all, of the venue fee taken care of, and the rest is funded as venue fees from the players on the tournament day... I believe that's how the other nationals worked, right???

Unless you mean putting aside the money for an "Eastern Winner" prize like they had for us, or something similar that I'm not getting from your post???

Hmm this latest tournament will definatly have 25 people in it. Jesse i ment say there is left over money from paying either $5 or $10 entry then Travis has the choice to do this:

- Keep it for himself
- Add the money in either singles or doubles pot
- Keep it somewhere safe to be used for Eastern Invasion 3
- Donate to the church
