I guess I should restate my previous post as "I don't use Sheik very often (if at all), but when I do, I suck with her".
I shall restate my previous post to this. All I do is wavedash, d-throw, and fair.

If your Sheik sucks then you're either:

A) Terrible at this game to begin with.

or

B) Don't know how to play Sheik.
___

Everyone has a good SHeik when they know what moves to use.

The most fun things to do as Sheik.

Seriously, probably the second most fun wavedash in the game (second to Icies)
Ohmygosh.

Ice Climbers wavedash is soooooooo much fun.

And I tech chase kind of well, but it's easy with her...

I would go with Doc, solely because picking up Marth will negate any need to use Ganondorf at all. Marth plays virtually all of Ganon's matchups better, so there will be almost no situation in which it would be better to use Ganon.

But obviously, Marth is the better choice.

I have lotsa secondaries. I play them for the fun of it, even low tiers like G&W and Link.

I have a shiek and it sucks :bee:

idk my secondary is link I guess and I pull him out every so often because fj -> nair -> dj -> nair doesn't require warming up. I should just start spamming all my high tiers in tournies though.

Fox is an easy character to have as a secondary, IMO. Yes, you'll be horribly inconsistent, but he's just so straightforward. His approach is STUPID easy, and he has absolutely no trouble killing anyone.

Inb4 fox mains tear my head off

this, actually you can probably sneak a game in a set by not being very technical and throwing people off their mu experience :awesome:

With Sheik, especially when playing spacies or Puff, you have to WORK for your punishes, sometimes. Your spacing has to be better than theirs in order for you to be successful. Plus you have to deal with pressure really well.

As soon as Sheik gets something going, she's GOLDEN. It's just getting those punishes when spacies are zooming around the stage popping nairs, shines, dairs and lasers all up in your grill.

EDIT: THAT'S what I meant.

Whoever you feel better with really.
A good doc > an average/bad marth
You can actually improve with one if you feel worse with them. It's not like he should stick with sub-optimal strategies just because they're better now. I used to be better with Zelda than with Marth, but that wasn't a reason for me to main Zelda over Marth.

I guess i should go with doc. I like playing him against foxes and falcos but peach gives me a real problem sometimes...
