Why is this here? Why are we removing her fair speedup, which she has had since near the beginning of the official builds and is fundamental to her play at this point? Her fair speedup was incredibly important on platform stages, so much so that the increased speed on fair was one of the major reasons you would counterpick battlefield or warioware instead of say... fd or smashville. It gave her frame traps. It gave her combo options. It gave her a reason to use this move while rising. With the speedup moved to uair instead, she loses a lot of her major frame traps on platform stages, and shifts her combo game to be more about uair juggles. It's changing a character's core game for completely arbitrary reasons.

Don't really think the Ganon Utilt is necessary, you tried this once before and nobody really wanted the change because the move is already situational which means it has its uses (just ask Zeon). Yoshi Side B is something Yoshi mains have seemingly wanted so I'm fine with it. Charizard Dsmash I just don't think is necessary but, willing to give it a go I guess.

I think we should increase the SDI capacity on Shiek's fair.

Her momentum, gravity (mostly fall speed), fair angle and BKB usually line up all opponents for another fair when in air, no matter the character. From MK to D3 to Jiggs to Boozer and more, if you get fair'd with shiek in air, a fair will follow, regardless of DI.

And she went through alot of changes post that fair-speed up, so it isnt worth looking over again?

Increasing SDI capacity over the 100% value of 60000 shouldn't be necessary for anything, which includes Sheik's fair.

Yoshi doesn't need a pivot grab speed up at all. It's already a very viable way to get a grab with much less afterlag in comparison to his other grabs.

I've already given leaf a bunch of reasons why I don't think Sheik's fair speed up is needed and I've been doing fine without it. We don't need to make already highly applicable moves ridiculous and also spammy while leaving other, more deserving moves on the back burner. Falco's utilt is another move I have a similar beef with.

Sheik Uair was changed over fair due to Ryoko's arguements and is supported by at least Magus, Shanus, and myself.

Yoshi Pivot grab speed up is not needed, I agree, I did it as a wave change when I was doing all the other grabs, so we can take that out.

Falco U tilt was softened to 1.5x speed as its not needed at 2x which is again Ryoko's arguement supported by at least Magus and myself.

Since wildcard functions don't look like they works just yet, let's go over ukemi/techs really quick.

I remember we talked about doing it individually since only Falcon and GnW really needed that 1.3x, and most other characters got more than they deserve.

Should tech rolls be modified on a character-to-character basis? =V

A number of those things can instead be accomplished through PSA rather than frame speed. Hitbox durations, cooldowns, aerial landing lag, and jump startup are some of the things that could be changed directly for example.

Also, lol. I happened to make almost the exact change to CF's d-tilt just recently among other things that I was testing out but mine is at 1.400x on frame 16 instead of 1.300x on 16 (IASA:31), but I made that before PSA and might go with an allow interrupt change instead for it. I also changed the inside hitbox angles a bit and increased the base slightly and added some growth as well.
