If we get a lot of people at the first and second UMB then we will do a $10 tourney on April 5th. If you and other good people don't show up then the entry fee will stay the same.

I won't pay $15 to enter, I'd consider $10, but try to keep it at $5? Poor college student... ;_;

Actually, the entry fee's going to be $50. $45 of that will be going to the "buy scotu a Wii" fund.

so THIS Saturday is the final melee tournament in west MI...so i assume that you guys aren't showing like usual???

Dude, we gots a Melee tournament here in AA, and much as I'd like to see you guys again, tournament 15 minute busride away > tournament 2 hour drive away.
Not unless all of you guys are willing to play till 5 AM the next day. I'm thinkin' we'll just be running Brawl Doubles and Brawl Singles for UMB12.P.S. there will be a melee tournament still right?

If we get enough tv's then we'll have a melee setup, but right now, we are not planning on running a melee tournament.

I might go, if it's 15 bucks I won't because I feel like I'm paying for lessons of sorts for melee because I go to the UMBs and get better for only 10 bucks. Since nobody knows much about Brawl yet I'll wait becuase 15 dollar for a lesson that won't help much is not worth it to me.

I'm interested in attending the biweeklies, but.. could either another thread be created or the original post edited with updated rules & such for Brawl? It'd be much appreciated to not have to sift through a 100+ page thread for this info.
