While most image leaks are fake, some can be real sometimes. It's just that they're very rare. Regardless, despite wanting Sora in, I'll wait to see it with my own eyes rather than just believing a leak.

Don't get me wrong, he's in my top 5, but I'd be reaaaallllyyyyy doubtful of any claims he's making it, honestly. I really, really doubt Nintendo is gonna negotiate with Disney.

Sora’s Stage should be a transformation stage that takes you through multiple Disney Worlds. Or have Disney Summons like Midgar.

That would only add unnecessary copyrights to the game. Just use some of the original locations of the Kingdom Hearts series, like Traverse Town, Hollow Bastion, Dive to the Heart, Twilight Town, The World that never Was, etc.

Nintendo did work with Disney a lot of times in the past. The Magical Quest series, Epic Mickey, and even the Kingdom Hearts games on the Nintendo portables.

The sad part about being a Sora fan is that whenever people are talking about their most wanted characters in Smash, they talk about their movesets, music, stages, etc. But when you talk about Sora in Smash, all people care about is trying to make you give up by saying stuff like "He'll never be in because of Disney".

Basically he's reaffirming the games list that was floating around for a while. He said not all of them will be in the Direct, but he knows for a fact that the Pikmin 3 port and Star Fox Grand Prix will be shown off tomorrow. He knows Mario Maker 2 is a thing but doesn't know if it'll be tomorrow. Prime Trilogy HD is basically done but the Prime 4 delay may have altered its release schedule, so it may show up or it may not. He thinks the 2D Zelda MAY tie in to the Link's Awakening remake rumors, but he doesn't know for sure, or if it'll be tomorrow.

King Mickey would only be referred as “The King”

The Mickey symbol on Sora’s Keyblade will be removed and the characters and stage that get content are KH original only. (Spirits of Riku, Kairi, Organization XII and stages like Dive Into The Heart or Destiny Islands)

The Disney and Square Enix logos are actually part of the Kingdom Hearts logo. They're always featured above the Kingdom Hearts's one. I think dismissing a leak because of this alone is pretty dumb. Regardless, we should just wait and see for ourselves.
