Chrome, it doesn't say it's using anything though, and I have hardware accel off.
The only thing I can think of rn is I'm performing a Disc Defrag but that's not even showing up.
I've done all the other **** like checkdisc and it's all passed.
Hmm. Can't help you there, then. If it was Firefox, it would've been a simple fix, as Firefox has had severe memory overflow issues on Windows 10 before, even when the Task Manager shows it's barely using anything.
But if the browser isn't the problem, I dunno what is. Maybe something else running in the background is causing an overflow. You know how computers are these days; the second you boot 'em up, 20 different programs start up automatically.
