I've said this before but my and my friends thought the roster was ok despite 3 glaring omissions, Crash, Spyro and Kazuma Kiryu. The way the supers were handled was the only real problem I can think of because the game was a first attempt so I can understand why third party stuff was a bit harder to get

That's the thing, it was a combination of those omissions, weird advertising characters taking the place of icons (beta Revengeance Raiden instead of Big Boss or Snake never forget), and **** like Zeus from God of War or EVIL COLE MCGRATH that made it super weird roster-wise. But then you'd also have stuff like Sly Cooper or Sir Daniel Fortesque and other fun deep cuts that almost makes the game worth playing. Shame about the, uh, actual gameplay.

It'd just be nice to see them get another shot. More companies should do big crossover fighters. KOF and Neo Geo Battle Coliseum and the Capcom Vs. Series are always fun.

Honestly I feel Smash should take another note from PSABR as that game had 3 attack buttons. Maybe don't add a third attack button but instead add EX moves or something, that'd change things up significantly in an amazing way

Yeah I think the game would be more user friendly and flow better if they streamlined the controls more like with Smash.

the weirdest thing about erdrick is that, if we're treating stuff purely from smash's files as 'hard evidence', then from vaanrose's posts we have more hard evidence that kasumi of all characters is/was in than we do that erdrick is in, and this is coming from someone who nevertheless thinks erdrick is a lock and kasumi is a 50/50 at best

the word of leakers alone, no matter how good their track records, means very little unless we actually see erdrick, given how much of a surprise joker was.
