If the Diddy & Dixie Kong tag team had been finalized for Brawl instead of being scrapped due to technical difficulties we’d at least have her in Ultimate.

Still wonder what that could’ve been like.

Ever see Noob Saibot fight with his cool clone? Kind of like that I'd imagine, but maybe they have different recovery moves.

Though I think she's got enough moves without the need to be a tag character. I can see her as a Falco type. Bubblegum Gun, Hair Copter and a Command Grab with the hair. Give her that Hair Spin attack from DKC2 and you enough to make her stand out. If all else fails, borrow stuff from Tiny Kong since Tiny's just Dixie's Echo Fighter anyway.

I don't think Peach using Toad in her moveset is that big a deal, considering, unlike Bandanna Dee, the "main" Toad is the generic design. And there's so many Toads to go around that they ruined Paper Mario.

But I get why people would want him in, he's technically a staple character of the Mario games, so I get the appeal but he's not one I'm particularly interested in.

If you feel the need to vent out, you can do so. No one would(or should) hold it against you. But I'd recommend doing it in PMs with a user you're fairly close to. It helps to any potential drama, and those words coming from a friend is bound to be more genuine than from a user who's more of an acquaintance. If that makes any sense.

Oh don't get me wrong, I'm not knocking Toad at all. I'm a big fan of Captain Toad in particular.

But his argument basically went "Dixie and Toad are the last remaining Nintendo All-Stars, as Waluigi is disconfirmed," despite the fact that Waluigi and Toad (Captain or otherwise) are in the same boat.

I have Terraria on my PC, and it runs very well. It would be cool to see it on the Switch, though.

Also, that game has a lore? I thought Terraria was like Minecraft, in which they did not really have stories.

It doesn't elaborate much, but there's a certain level of. . .mystery surrounding a few things.

The Corruption. Is there, is slowly overtaking the world, is full of angry rotten worm monsters. No one has any idea why, but it's clearly significant. The most common monsters are called Eater of Souls and the boss of the area is called the Eater of Worlds, really big epic names. Yet we don't know much about them beyond that.

The Crimson. Counterpart to The Corruption, horrific gore-vore theming. This one is where the lore speculation starts to take off, because it's exclusive boss is the Brain of Cthulhu. And there's already a boss in all possible worlds named the Eye of Cthulhu. That are both barring the absence of anything resembling an actual Cthulhu exactly what they say on the tin. And during the later stages of the game Crimson enemies start dropping ichor, which is the blood of a god. And one of the possible backgrounds for The Crimson has a -huge- skeleton in the distance. This has led some people to start speculating that The Crimson is actually what's left of the corpse of Cthulhu, just kinda. . .taking on a horrible new life of it's own. This could be confirmed or deconfirmed next month, but if it did turn out to be a thing then I guess you could say he's gone but not Fh'tagn.

The Old Man. Why was he cursed into becoming Skeletron? Who or what did this to him? How long had he been guarding the Dungeon? Why is it that when you're a horrible enough person to kill him he actually seems to regain his curse in his dying moments?

The Underworld. Just. . .everything. Why is there a voodoo doll of the Guide specifically that you need to sacrifice? Why does the Guide TELL you to go looking for a voodoo doll down there, ESPECIALLY since he's the one that eats it? What in the world is the Wall of Flesh? Why does killing it release the "Ancient Spirits of Light and Dark?" And since it's related to the Ancient Spirits question, what exactly is the Hallow Biome that is created afterwards? Is it just as evil as The Corruption and The Crimson just with a prettier surface, or is it just an amoral and indiscriminate force of sparkles neither truly good or evil? Or is it just Lawful Stupid?

The Moon Lord. The final boss of Terraria, we know a couple things about him already. For one, prior scrapped final boss fight concepts were respectively Cthulhu himself and later on the literal moon as a vertical Wall of Flesh type boss, two ideas which the Moon Lord seems to reconcile. And secondly, the Moon Lord is more specifically Cthulhu's brother. He also has a small following of cultists capable of summoning him, and is heralded by the arrival of what appears to be the populations of four alien planets, or perhaps alien moons. But as for that last part. . .why are all these things connected to him, aside from respectively eldritch cults and space being roughly associated themes? Does he have a motivation for destroying the world? Is he mad about his brother falling to an unfortunate fate and you slicing up his body parts/entrails?

So there's. . .yeah. There's a few things that could use answers. Probably doesn't hurt the fandom's curiosity that NPCs actually talk with you and have distinct personalities, which also begs the slight question of where all of them came from sans the Goblin Tinkerer that we explicitly know was tied up and ditched by an invading Goblin Army that you just sliced/shot your way through. And we know bits and pieces about Terraria goblin culture from said NPC, but more elaboration couldn't really hurt either. Like where they came from themselves. Also the whole of Terraria seems to be locked to an island, which is kind of. . .another thing? I'm just saying the fandom has questions that answers would be cool to.
