Eh... it's just better to avoid using those terms when talking to someone who feels strongly about gender identification.

There's always the chance that you'll unintentionally offend them, so when in doubt, don't use it.

Is it me or do James Horner's compositions make the movies that contain Horner so much better by a very large margin?

I keep coming back to those motion picture soundtracks

@JaiTheGuy you’re obviously sorry and made your point that you meant no harm with your “my guy” usage. But shish has made it clear that she takes offense to it. I would hope, going forward, that you’ll respect her wishes in the matter. Otherwise, you’ll just be seen as flaming/trolling her. Can I assume you get that?

I think Kid Arachnid is fine. It's better than being discount Spider-Man. Because, let's face it, no one's replacing Peter Parker completely. Ever. And Kaine's got Scarlet Spider. I was thinking maybe Stealth Spider since he turns invisible and he wears black could be okay. The Black Spider sounds really cool. But people would get too uppity about a name like that. Though I think that makes sense like Black Cat and Black Panther. Being an animal themed hero and all that.

Unlike names like Black Lightning and Black Vulcan where the Black prefix has nothing to do with the powers of the character, and just says "Hey he's BLACK!"

It’s how Cutie Gwen Cutie Gwen and Noipoi Noipoi ended up with each other.

You might be right honestly about the weirdness. Gwen advances multiple theories to our relationship. Neither has been proved cannon yet.
