wasn't the reason that Lisa Lisa ended up being so disappointing at the end, despite being hype up as a great hamon master, was due to Araki editor not wanting a female character to be too good/strong compared to the main hero? Or is that just a rumor?

I should be fine though as I’m fortunate enough for all my diseases to be inherited from my mother since birth, who caught ‘em via tick in Japan in her mid-twenties.
