Sure there are certain picks I'd rather not have, but I won't make a fuss about it if one of them do get in. Besides if there's one character I don't like, getting the fighter pass is the equivalent of paying for 4 of the characters, so you'd be getting one, free.

That, and I'm a roster perfectionist, so I don't really have a choice.

Excuse you, the "only gen 5 Pokemon during the main game" thing was wonderful. One of my biggest hopes for gen 8 was a repeat of that. It makes a region feel more unique and like a new experience, imo.

I just like having movesets to use, doesn't matter who the character is. They could add my neighbour Joe as a character but if he had a cool moveset I wouldn't mind.

And if you know me, you should know who that character is.

Yeah I don't expect a direct until Jane gets revealed either I don't think Nintendo wants to be the first to show off the Character, that or they have some kind of agreement.

Inb4 Atlus teases us so much they don't reveal Jane until next year so we end up waiting until 2020. (of course that's not happening but that would be slightly hilarious)

thinking about it a little, i can imagine them announcing a smash direct at PSL after P5 switch is shown off, kind of like how the august smash direct was announced at EVO - overseas nintendo accounts would then just tweet about the announcement/scheduled time normally as they do with directs anyway

i'm still leaning more towards something next week with jane kept a secret until atlus shows her in smash themselves, but i guess we've not got long to wait either way
