I didn’t play Persona 5 in a long time because I’m not sure if I have enough time to fully rank Hifumi (She was really great).

The last two 'teases' haven't smelled of Nintendo playing the long-game at all.


They smell of yet more incompetence from Nintendo, to just be thrown onto the pile.

i can only assume P5S is bringing along the female route so you'd still have a reason to re experience it on switch

A lot of Gen 5 Pokemon need more love. I can understand the dislike for those like the Elemental Monkeys, but there are many great ones that people tend to overlook just because of a few bad eggs. There's some really underappreciated designs and they could use more attention.

The gen 5 Pokemon designs in particular are considered kinda unoriginal. Which really hurts the first Black and White, due to the fact those are the only Pokemon you can use throughout the story. They copy a lot of acretypes that have been done before with other pokemon or can be seen as a little lazy. They fixed that problem in Black 2 and White 2, though, as you could catch Pokemon from multiple gens

Still like those games, and some of the Pokemon, tho

I'm pretty much okay with almost anyone joining Smash at this point. There's a few select "Ew, no" choices for me but they aren't gonna ruin the game for me if they make it in. Just won't use 'em. :drshrug:

There is something to be said about picking up a character for gameplay over fanship.

In Injustice 2, Enchantress unexpectedly became my main. I adore her, from the personality in-game to the moveset itself. If you told me, "Hey you can play as Enchantress!" before I bought her, I might not have cared enough to buy. But I bought the pass blind because I just wanted more DC characters and ended up finding my new main.



Still feel dumb for buying Sub Zero and Raiden though. Get those MK characters the **** out of my DC game.

HG/SS are the big fan-favourite games from what I've seen, they're the games I most often see called the best pokemon games. Can't say I necessarily disagree.

Realistically, there is only one character that I would dislike in Smash (hint. Name starts with Light ends with ning). Even if I'm kinda neutral to a lot of choices, I'm pretty much fine with everyone getting in.

I wouldn't call myself a hardcore fan. Then again, I'm not sure what qualifies for the term. Regardless, I will say that I think Unova in general remains the best overall experience for me, and this is someone who was around since Pokemon's beginnings. I definitely think the region is super underrated though, but that's not saying much given how many casuals there are, and those tend to have poor tastes (genwunners even poorer).

Yes. Yes you did.

For me personally, there's only one character that I really don't want in Smash. (I'm referring to video game characters here, I don't want non-game characters in Smash)

And if you know me, you should know who that character is.

But for the most part, I'd just be neutral towards most 3rd party characters and happy about most 1st party characters.

Excuse you, the "only gen 5 Pokemon during the main game" thing was wonderful. One of my biggest hopes for gen 8 was a repeat of that. It makes a region feel more unique and like a new experience, imo.

I don't mind her appearance honestly, she has a cool design. But she's pretty much one of the blandest characters of FF (not helped by a pretty much bland cast), they tried to make a female Cloud but they forgot that Cloud had a personality. Doesn't help that in the rest of the trilogy she is pretty much the same.
