Now I want someone to mod Scrooge McDuck over the Shovel Knight assist trophy... Or maybe even make a playable mod of the Knight with an own moveset and a Scrooge alt.

apparently it's because if you use it without holding it in place via the joycons, the switch will just slide out if you tilt your head

My disappointment of not getting Dragon Quest in Smash would be outweighed by my shock and excitement for Banjo and Kazooie being revived.

In all honesty, I kinda want to get one of those kits since I like DIY stuff but at the same time its a lot of cardboard and I have trouble of thinking where to put it.

Making a prediction:

No Direct next week. We're gonna have to wait until after PSL happens. We're getting a Direct Mini rather than a full General due to E3 being as close as it is.

I really hope that we don’t have to wait until the end of April for Joker. If so what was the point of revealing him so soon?

Otherwise, we'd inevitably be complaining about the lack of Smash news (and pretty much Nintendo news, in general) at The Game Awards

We haven't waited any longer than we had for Smash 4's DLC characters, actually. Mewtwo got shown in November and didn't come until April.

Plus, in this instance, Joker probably is ready, but Atlus has to have their concert first because announcing video games normally and without teasing teasers for announcing announcements would just be too convenient.

I just hope that unlike Sm4sh, we dont have to wait too much to know the next DLC after Joker.

Then I'm not quite sure... Nintendo makes some whack decisions, sometimes.

Though if I were to wager, it's because they had pretty much no other major announcement for that event.

Otherwise it would've just been Marvel Ultimate Alliance 3, and that's it.

That, and revealing him that soon, was probably also to avert the expectations we had with the Fighter Pass, and to just get people excited

They’re not going to show off Joker in a Mini-Direct and I seriously doubt they’re going to make us wait that long.

Reminder that Mewtwo was announced in October and wasn't officially shown off until April

The wait for Joker would not be as long in comparison, even in the worst case scenario

I wasn't following Smash 4's DLC cycle, but if a fighter is being revealed at E3 (which most people here believe is the case), when in the direct would it most likely be revealed? For its past few directs, Nintendo typically starts with a reveal trailer for a new game and ends with another trailer - either for something not announced yet, or for the big-hitter game. Smash newcomers announcements are a big deal but I'm not sure they'd want to stick it as an opener or finisher. That's not to say you can't have hype announcements in the middle of a direct: Prime 4 was casually dropped in there

Just got back. Saw the VR stuff. Neat idea but I feel liked every body is going to be super dissapointed when it actually comes out because it’s going to be nowhere near the level of PSVR. Can’t wait to uncomfortably hold my hands against my head while trying to play a 180p game.
