gotta say though i really love how inkling plays

would totally main them if i actually knew how to consistently ink up my opponents lmao

Neutral B, Splat Bombs, and Jab are all excellent ways of inking the opponent in my experience.

Then you go for Up-Air kill confirms like you're playing Melee.

That interview/statement seems like it's one of those "we don't know what counts as *of realizable fighters* as far as the Smash 4 ballot winner" things.

They probably have a set restriction on how far out there they want to go (not just the no manga/anime characters thing, but also how much it would cost/who they would have to work with). Nintendo/Sakurai probably already had an idea of who they were wanting to approach before the deals/announements were made final.

Look man we play FFAs as there's 5 of us at minimum. Then there's the time 4 of us were Snake and we bullied the Samus main with Nikitas and grenades "LET ME LAND!" All of us at the same time: "Hrggggh". I ended up winning the match because the other Snake left thought it was very smart to use Nikita on the other side of the stage when there's a C4 on his face

Press down B as much as humanly possible, everyone knows that's the optimum way of playing Inklings.

TBH I feel that way about Isabelle and K. Rool. I love playing as them but goodness do they have things about them that are awful. Joker is gonna be my secondary character to go with Inkling no matter what, but I am thinking of dropping K. Rool like I dropped Isabelle and going with Wario, Luigi, DS, Olimar, Villager, Ganondorf, or Lucina for another character to mess around with. Out of all of those, I'm probably leaning the most towards , , and ATM.

Which one is the war crime? Also I have a tendency to make people rage quit, especially with Belmont. This week I caused 3 and one of them was because it was just Richter and DK left on Spear Pillar with me in the cave. I just kept chucking crosses and axes until the DK ****ing quit. There's also the time me and 2 others pissed a friend off so much he flat out went home. He kept screaming about Richter while I picked him once more and the other 2 picked him too, didn't speak to him for a ****ing week when that happened

She's... Serviceable. She's not terrible but you basically go into every matchup at a disadvantage because you can't kill at a decent percentage with anything but a Bair offstage. Like. That's it. She's not super fast, she's not great offstage, her tilts and jab are fine, her smashes are too slow and inconsistent.

It's not like her kit isn't fun. You should still play her. But without any buffs you're just willingly giving your opponent a handicap. Wait for 3.0.0 and see if she gets better.

Who the **** cares about playstyle? This is a game about popular video game characters beating the **** out of each other, I'm gonna choose characters based on whose games I liked.

Lol Inkling dash dance is so cheesy, I love it.

Also, if you like big 'ol hitboxes, Inkling F-Smash is quite fun when you catch someone off-guard with it.

Since we talking about characters and why we use em, i do it because i like the character, none of this tier stuff. I’ve been playing since the first day of Super Smash Bros 64 as a huge nintendo fan. Never was good at fighting games (lol smash. a fighting game, more like party game amirite?)

jokes aside, if i liked the series or character, i will use them, regardless of how others may see them in a competitive scene.
