I dated a Canadian once.Next taste question.
What does Canada taste like?
I mean, sadly your right. A lot of Christians can be simply hateful. Just the sad truth. As a believer myself, let me try to explain why people tend to hate the Christian community.
Many of them don't practice what they preach. It's totally fine to believe in God, and to talk with others about it, and go to church, but Christians have a tendency to A. Make everything about religion; and B. Don't know when to back off.
As a trans woman, let me tell you what's off-putting to me. Being approached by a person and having them tell me "If you don't change your ways, you're going to hell!" I've heard this many times beforehand over hundreds of different scenarios and actions. God tells us to spread the word with love, not hate. So when you have people constantly shoving it down the throats of the "heathens and sinners", you're not doing what God asks.
Beyond that, so-called "Christians" tend to be very judgmental and look down on the "sinners." In the Bible, Jesus dined with sinners and said "let he who is without sin cast the first stone." I don't like calling myself a Christian due to the problems that come with the way those who claim it behave. I call myself, simply, a "believer."
Not going to lie, I've only seen that twice...When I go to Chruch, the people there seem to be really kind.As a believer myself, let me try to explain why people tend to hate the Christian community.

Sadly, yeah.I mean, sadly your right. A lot of Christians can be simply hateful. Just the sad truth.
Me too but I should probably watch the first sequel before that oneI can not wait to see the upcoming third sequel!
A cat. What's a good dog for someone with -0 pet experience?
Sadly, my story is the opposite. I do not go to church anymore because of how I was judged and shunned by other "Christians" in every church I went to. And believe me, if I were to go in there now, dressed in a dress with my hair in pigtails, I guarantee you they'd try to force me out for being "a Satan-worshipping tr**ny punk", or make some comment about how I'm "gender-confused". I've seen it too many times, sadly. Not going to lie, I've only seen that twice...When I go to Chruch, the people there seem to be really kind.
I can assure you, I don't know what other people think, but I certainly don't think about you that way.
Sadly, yeah.
Wouldn't want to offend anyone, eh?I dated a Canadian once.
The joke I want to tell is not appropriate for this forum, however.
Japan sounds like a really cool place. I want to go there.Looks like we got some snow this morning...
And of course no snow day. In south Japan where I lived previously, this would of been a few days with no school. Here in rural North Central Japan, this is just a typical winter day.
It’s not a problem until the snow actually crushes and kills a family from its weight...which happened two years ago.
We're supposed to get snow tomorrow, but I won't hold my breath.Looks like we got some snow this morning...

Really sorry about that.Sadly, my story is the opposite. I do not go to church anymore because of how I was judged and shunned by other "Christians" in every church I went to. I'm a Christian, too, and it really bothers me seeing people claiming to be Christian and they start hating on/bashing people and stuff, the complete opposite of what the religion actually teaches, not to mention it's horribly rude/cruel. My family was taught that God loves all.As a trans woman, let me tell you what's off-putting to me. I'm lucky. I get snow every day. We're supposed to get snow tomorrow, but I won't hold my breath.
I mean, it all depends on where the religious institutes are geographically from my experienceNot going to lie, I've only seen that twice...When I go to Chruch, the people there seem to be really kind.

I hope you are alright! Also, I had a miny heart attack this morning. I was cleaning off the cars when I turned around and saw my one year old daughter undo the front door lock, come outside, and fall directly into the snow. We live right next to a river too so we are gonna have to get like an extra childproof lock...
Yeesh... snow is serious business in Japan.Looks like we got some snow this morning...
And of course no snow day. In south Japan where I lived previously, this would of been a few days with no school. Here in rural North Central Japan, this is just a typical winter day. And even if it’s a snow day, teachers are expected to go to school for work. We do so during the summer, spring, and winter vacations, on snow days, on days with typhoons, etc etc etc.
It’s not a problem until the snow actually crushes and kills a family from its weight...which happened two years ago.
Aren't you like 15? I think you need to have ****ed up your vocal cords really ****in badly to achieve thatThe only way I can describe my IRL voice is by comparing it to Christian Bale’s Batman waking up after a huge night of party where he got drunk and broke his voice to some extent having breakfast.
I can’t think about any other way to describe my voice.
Ya the pastor at my church was forced out of a holiness church because he owned a tv it's very sad how you can be shunned by a church for stuff like that and it also sucks that there also must be different denominations with different beliefsSadly, my story is the opposite. I completely agree with your post.I'm a Christian, too, and it really bothers me seeing people claiming to be Christian and they start hating on/bashing people and stuff, the complete opposite of what the religion actually teaches, not to mention it's horribly rude/cruel. tbh I'm usually uncomfortable with religious discussions online because they usually tend to go down in flames 'cause people can't get along, whether there's a troll or huge disagreements...it's nice to see that hasn't happened here yet.
17 years old actually.Aren't you like 15? I think you need to have ****ed up your vocal cords really ****in badly to achieve that
hol up lemme say something controversial real quick, uh, i hope we get steve over banjo bc while i couldn't give two ****s about banjo i actually played mc and somewhat enjoyed it and also steve's moveset gimmick would actually be hella cool whereas banjo's is just "bird do things, and then bear do things"I love how the thread has run out of topics, and it's like, "So.... Nice weather we're having"
I’ve never seen the snow in my life.I wish it snowed more where I live. Though probably best it didn't cos my hands always get wrecked in cold weather, regardless of gloves or not.
Also, why are ice levels in games like always the best with 10/10 music (apart from Joke's End from Superstar Saga which can go **** itself)
Want a Smash topic then? What's the last game you played that wasn't Smash? The protagonist is now in Smash. Mae Borowski Effs **** Up! She has a baseball bat and ****. BoomI love how the thread has run out of topics, and it's like, "So.... Nice weather we're having"
