So, I'm curious, out of the Currently Represented Franchises in Super Smash Bros. Ultimate, what are you most disappointed by not being represented or being underrepresented in your opinion...this is not counting Fighters, just Stages, Songs, Spirits, etc.
: Bowsette No Songs from Super Mario RPG..even if I always think of it when hearing King Bowser considering I first heard it in RPG.
: Very few DKC2 Songs despite having such as an Awesome OST..too many remixes of the same exact song..
: No Hyrule Castle or Lorule Castle Songs
: No Baby Bowser Battle (Yoshi's Island) Song
: No Music or Stages from Wario Land or Wario World (that one Shake It song doesn't count to me since its just a remix of a WarioWare song..)
: No Old Snake or Naked Snake costumes
: Not more Sonic Mania music (particularly Mirage Saloon Zone Act 2)
: No MegaMan Battle Network music, the MM Zero song is just a remix of Zero's MMX1 theme and not an original MMZ song (like Departure~)
: Any Music from a non-SFII entry..I'd have loved some SFIII and Alpha songs (like Sakura's theme)
: The Entire Compilation of Final Fantasy VII series..

Pac-Man has always struck me as being very lacking in representation. I get that they’re trying to represent the Namco arcade, but come on, barely any references to Pacman World in his moveset, the only spirits are from the earliest games, no Pac-Man music from later games? At least give us back Pac-Maze.

I’m not particularly bothered by it, but I’d love for Wind Waker Ganondorf to be in.
He’s my favourite ‘Dorf design and personality wise, and his lean swords and robe physics would be a treat to watch.

: No XCX music at all, which is a HUGE disappointment since Sawano's songs are amazing and I love them very very much. And we don't even get the most iconic XC2 songs like Counterattack or Incoming. And we don't even get any XC1 remixes besides the medley (which is pretty meh imo). I'm pretty disappointed by how they handled XC music in general.
: Young Link and Toon Link, despite actually having crazy moveset potential, still borrow so much from Link. Even if thsy did change regular Link and maybe wanted to keep some semblance of his moveset in Young Link, they could always change up Toon Link. And no Dark Beast Calamity Ganon track or Death Mountain stage smh
: Why are there no battle themes except for Unfounded Revenge/Smashing Song of Praise?
: No Bowser's Castle stage yet. No the Paper Mario transformation doesn't count
: I don't know too much about MM but in MM11, which I bought, he's not a silent unmoving creepy robot. Give him voice acting in Smash already!

It's worth a shot but you need to make sure it has a hook. And if you are using original characters, you gotta make them interesting.

In fact, not being super into deep level Smash stuff may help as that's partially what did in that game... with the name...

I voice in a fighter called Break. Still pretty early in development, but it looks good as heck.

it really really really hurts. Like, give layton anything. People crying about ****ing geno not being in smash but he has a ****ing spirit,at least he is in the game, Layton has nothing

But according to those people, it's better to not be acknowledged at all than be an assist or spirit.

Because that TOTALLY worked with Isaac in Smash 4.

- One of my favorite Nintendo characters, and he has a fun playstyle that I enjoy. Kirby is honestly one of my favorite video game franchises as well.
- Another one of my favorites. He's my favorite Link iteration as well. I also voice him in a machinima, and when you voice a character, even not officially, ya grow a liking to them.
- Another one of my favorites. He playstyle is very fun and wacky, and just seeing him move is entertaining! He is also my Wahfu. Charles Martine also did an amazing job with his voice.
- Palutena is what got me into Kid Icarus. She just seemed like such a fun character! After I played Kid Icarus, I enjoyed the character even more. I kinda just kept playing her until I got good at her. She's very fun to play as well, and her voice over performance is outstanding.
- ACNL was my very first Nintendo game, and after I played that game, I've been hooked on Nintendo ever since. (Yes I know I am late.) She is also wholesome and I would die for her. She's also just my favorite character in any form of media, period.

So basically I kinda just go with characters I like the most. and when one I like even more gets announced, I play them until I get good at em'.

- Because I like Splatoon, and I was set on maining her since the reveal. Pinkling mains rise up
- Love AC, was a Villy main in 4, but I prefer Isabelle. If only she got some buffs...
- He was one of my mains in Brawl, and it was around the same time I got into Pokemon. Plus, I love the switching mechanic.

That sounds like a good idea but for maximum funsies, make everyone broken in a different way.

Make the Heavyweight too heavy to move, make the small character the size of an ant and make the character who can build have full Command and Conquer base uilding powers.

And I wish it was too. Sad thing is, in another timeline where they focused a bit more on making it visually appealing and didn't ape LoL's pricing model, it could of worked.

Yeah, I thought some of the characters were kinda cool but it looked like a knock off of a knock of of Overwatch's style to me and I really would have rather just bought the game instead of having to play along with their pay model
