I know Fortnite holds down people's chances of their wants, but 95% of people hate Fortnite only because it is trending and popular. Minecraft also had this problem, but Fortnite seems to have it worse as of now. If Fortnite gets in Smash, do not be a baby and accept it.

I think so... Fortnite is a huge cultural phenomenon and although it may not appeal to everyone, is something that has shown itself to survive time's test.

Now will it still be relevant in 5 years? That's a question I don't think I can answer.

Also I never will play Fortnite, even if it's the last game ever.

It being based on Japanese culture isn't an excuse because
A: If your culture promotes bigotry then your culture needs fixing

B: Japan is far more progressive than most like to think, the Yakuza devs specifically said that they took out transphobic elements of their games in part because it doesn't actually reflect Japanese culture anymore on top of going against what the series is about.

I hate transphobia as well. But then I was extremely surprised when Atlus developers listened - usually devs wouldn't listen. That's why I did indeed start it, but here in Ultimate Social thread isn't a good thread to start it, nor there is a thread to start it, hence why I asked to drop it.

Also, I just realized about something. Are we sure that those same peoples would even buy it? And most important, wouldn't abjusting means removing the entire ending?

People were calling out transphobes, so ATLUS is trying to appear less transphobic and hopefully open up to a new market. Is that really a bad thing?
