Many characters have thrown more powerful punches than Saitama, to be fair (I'm a huge OPM fan, follow the webcomic and manga). So technically, Saitama's feats aren't nearly as impressive as characters like Goku and Superman. He *might* be stronger, considering he's never shown strain, but based on feats, there are definitely more powerful characters than him. I think he's probably planet buster (and maybe even star buster), but not universe buster.
