If it's anything like Ganondorf (melee) dittos at 150%+, yeah, I'd imagine it would be.
Picture this:

Lightning-fast characters that hit like Hiroshima duking it out. It's a lot of fire. Fire and yelling. Can anyone play? I'm not sure how much longer I have before I have to get off.

Still cannot decide on a solid team. So many people I like using And EFF YOU AND THOSE DP COMEBACKS!! You literally tore my entire team apart.

What do you think of my Chris? I started using him after school today.

Also, your Wolverine is getting really good. I hate being cornered by him. Why can't Magneto just 1 shot him or something

He seems pretty solid. His punches having priority over Berserker Barrage X was irritating. Is there any way to use his pistol OTG to string things together? You could probably use an assist to string it into a longer combo.

To be perfectly honest, I had no idea Berserker Slash would put me behind you when you were starting up your hypers that often. I should use that more.

You can't follow up on his OTG pistol shots unless you have a good assist. You can however X factor cancel his Cr. M to a Sweep Combo. Other then that he needs a good assist like Web swing or Ghost butterfly. Chris's is just very bad mid screen. His corner game and full screen game are so great though. You don't wanna be close to people, but Chris hits hard close. I guess it's just the way I see him. I really love his close range game. If I have to camp I will. Chris however has no options when getting pressed beside's L grenade.

Now that I've had a chance to use and face Sentinel post-patch, I really don't like the changes they did with Sentinel.
He seems pretty weird now. Slow, high-damaging, yet really low health just seems odd for a character.

Hahah, yeah. In most cases if you've got one or two hyper meters, it now means a dead Sentinel on a hit confirm. 2 if we're talking DHC. 2 for Sentinel solo. lol

You mean turn the ****ing damage down. Everyone knows characters do too much damage in this game, add on lvl3 XF and...
No way.

I'm okay with them tossing X-Factor out the window, but leave the health and damage alone. I get enough time-outs as it is.

Salt's health nerf was the cleanest way they could of nerfed Saltinel.

A damage nerf would not of helped the game in anyway lol. It would of just dragged matches with mr. hyper sodium force on even more.

Run away is a pretty viable tactic. You don't need to make more viable with reduced damage and the highest health/mistake pool in the game.

Pheonix

Put her at the end.

Free wins!
Not necessarily. Phoenix may be insanely good with five bars, but you actually need to know how to use her to get the most out of her, especially if she's the last character remaining and her hyper gauge isn't full. She has the greatest mix-up potential out of any character in the roster, but you have to be careful. One hit will end you if Healing Field isn't active.

To anyone I've recently fought, I know putting Jean on point is incredibly risky, but do you think I should try doing it more often? I've been considering it.

I'd have to disagree with Zero then, lol. Phoenix definitely wins over Zero in that department, imo. Slow fireball + teleport alone give her an edge there. Throw in an assist and you have a spicy mix-up game.

Zero's mix-ups are just more obnoxious.

@ Serris: That's you're call. I know from fighting you that sometimes I can get inside and kill Phoenix rather quickly when she's on point. Other times you get the best of me though.

She wouldn't have some huge layer of safety anyway if she weren't on point because of snapbacks. But like I said, it's your call...I don't even know if people using snapbacks to bring out your Phoenix is a big deal to you.

I don't really mind snapbacks, because Phoenix can punish them occasionally. My only real concern is getting her killed off at the start of a match. Healing Field helps, but against characters like the Hulk and Sentinel, it's not much of an improvement.

> Slow Fireball + Teleport
> Fireball + Command Dash

Problem?

Phoenix deff does not beat Zero in Mixup department.

Serris. Zero would like to disagree with you in terms of having the greatest mixups.
Which reminds me, I need to look more into Jill's mixup potential. I already had some stuff I found for a potential vortex.

Like you didn't see that coming from me.

Zero can teleport, but his isn't as fast as Phoenix's. He also lacks traps and homing projectiles. I fail to see how Phoenix has an inferior mix-up game when she has more tools to punish and stop approaches.

EDIT: I'm getting on PSN. Shoot me a message if you want to play. And apparently, I've used Phoenix 1,020 times.
