****s for Twins

"For just a few ****s a day, you can help teach this Twin how to **** hard.

That's only ** ****s a month.

Don't be an M2K, call now."

Speaking of which, I have this hankering to play some Melee Sheik right about now.

I cracked a bunch of jokes with my brother at neils expense at one of his fests about a year ago. We commented on how he is going to be his first time in bed.

Mind you it was better in person, but I joked that he would:
-jump on the corner of the bed in an attempt to ledge stall and run out the clock.
-Try to be really fancy and mess up big time.
-When going to meet her in bed he was going to run back and forth in an attempt to mind game her by dash dancing.
-And in the end he was going to time her out (she gets frustrated and leaves. Aka RAGE QUIT!)

Now as for wobbling a girl in bed, I think I could do that. but it would be awkward trying to explain to the cops why I felt I needed both my brother and I punching her one after the other in an attempt to make her not escape my grab.

Well you only live once. Lets try it out.

Dude, I don't play melee. even if i was playing, i can't ever smash on the weekdays, which is partly why I don't play melee. I wish i could have been there to hang out and smoke.

Wait, hwhat?

Certainly you aren't brawler by nature

and certainly you are a smasher in some sense...
You didn't see the post I made almost two weeks ago? Yeah, I'm kinda over melee right now.

...and no! tommy! ill help you when i come back! so wait like 8 months....
idk Joey, where I live makes it almost impossible for me to play anyone, the rate at which I improve is the slowest of anyone in AZ. Where I live is like worse than Sierra Vista, sure I'm closer to Tucson, but at least people live in SV. I'm the only smasher for about 25 miles. So not being able to play = no improvement. I can't even watch videos, since I have dial-up internet.

:(

that sucks Tommy.

But you can still improve even if on your own. I watched videos under dial up for a while too. Just open 5 or 6 that you want to watch for that day, and while they load up practice your tech skill. And really break those videos down when you watch them. Even if you can only watch 2, make sure you watch them over and over again. Study what they do and replicate it in your gameplay.

A quote from one of his books.

"If you find something you do not like, defeat it, climb it, move around it, outrun it, out think it, but never ever give yourself an excuse as to why you cant." - Lewis Varner (my best friend)

I don't think Brian and I really did a "Grudgematch" considering we played for about 4 hours at my place, and an hour and a half at chris' place.

For those of you who didn't really pay attention to how long the fests were:

Since I was with SV since Noon Monday, we were together for 37 hours, which only some of it was not spent smashing. Factoring in various breaks for drink, food, and sleep, I'd say 29~30 of those hours were actually spent smashing.

I do need to apologize to Kyle, and Shiv though. Due to extreme exhaustion, I wasn't able to have very satisfying games. I've never been tired enough to actually be physically unable to do things that I want to do. I could tell that the stupid **** i was doing was infuriating kyle, combined with my wack *** falcon zero to deathing him in ways that never should happen.

We'll get some better games in the future.

it's funny how that works

the other day, i was extremely sleepy when playing jeff (only reason he should EVER EVER beat me, btw )
but i got some strange combos i never would've gotten otherwise

like
forward b -> forward b -> forward b -> wd tipper
and a glorious "no escape" falcon edgeguard

Has anyone (probably just Tucson though) heard of a company called "Vector"? They sell knives. I think it's a pyramid scheme.

I may have heard of Vector. I say may because one of my neighbor's son's goes around selling knives in fancy attire. I just don't remember if he was from Vector or not.

He works for them now.

this convo COULD get interesting. It depends if Derp responds defending Vector with his new salesman skills.

SV has that company too, Brian was about to work for them, but going door to door selling knives... and on top of that.. having to buy the knives you're selling to hopefully make a profit.. in the end..

I think Brian wisely backed off..

but the CO. could be legit idk.. >>

Yeah

I first became really suspicious when they said I had to pay them a "rental" fee in order to sell to others.

And the training is like 5 hours a day for 3 days (the weekend too x_x) so I'm pretty sure I won't go. Even if I were to attain marvelous new salesman skills :(

Trust me: don't go.
You won't make that kind of money that they promise. You can exceed it if you really bust your ***, but that kind of effort pays off in any job.
Good lesson to learn is there is no such thing as easy money.
The "easiest" money you can make is drug dealing and stripping. But even those come with a cost.

Vector is garbage, ACN is garbage, Pre-Paid Legal is garbage. Anything where you start off profiting by selling to your friends and family only is garbage.

With the time that you put into it, you'll make about minimum wage but it's not even enjoyable.

Don't.

You can believe me because I've done stupid **** to know how it ****s you over and I know dozens of people who get ****ed over by these types of things. It's a waste of your time unless you have a random passion for selling knives.

The best thing you could do is get a slaried job or one that pays hourly. If you are going to get a job that pays commission, be sure that it pays good hourly on top of that. Like many call centers for phone companies will pay 9 or 10 an hour and if you get so many upgrades in a week then you'll start making commission. Good stuff there.

My friend tried working for Vector in SoCal. Aside from being able to cut a penny in half, it was pretty stupid.

Also...why is it that when Spencer doesn't say anything about quitting, he doesn't post forever?
