I'm glad Weruop did as good as he did, even though he refused to commentary after 2 requests from me and his other friend

wtf @ all the cash going to 1st and nobody else getting anything

I love Jason and all, but you'd think this community would learn by now that he's going to win everything he touches and that giving him 70% of the pot every single event is stupidly lame. It's why Atlantic North payouts starting going to top 5 at like every single event ever back in Melee, lulz.

... Lmao. Yeah the payout kind of made me raise a brow at this.

Was it required in order to convince Jason to come out, or what? XD;

The TO guaranteed $750. He came down to ActiveGamers to encourage people to come. Nevada said they'd come, NorCal said they'd come, SoCal said they'd come, ActiveGamers was supposed to sponsor players down, etc.

Everyone bailed out at the last minute except M2K/Havok/DSF, but the TO kept his word and paid out $750 to first place out of his own pocket. The other positions were paid out based on attendance and pot split.

Seriously, GameClucks guy is the most legit TO of all time, everyone not in WA doesn't know what they're missing.

Alex Strife is the best host in the nation...if he lets people help seed his brackets, lulz. That's his only flaw. :p

So basically qft @ Fatal. :)

GC Guy *does* have us seed the bracket, and he paid for a venue in the Seattle Center underneath the freaking Space Needle.

TO MM it is, $5 on GC Guy!

Oh yeah, I had a MM with DSF's Snake where I took him to 285%.

Freaking Peach.

(I took him to 285% and won the match. I think I did over 800% damage in the match and still won. I also lived to 194% myself. C'mon, is that pro or is that pro?)

We ended the MM 1-1 IIRC and never finished it :(
