It did happen, it just didn't get recorded.

I've been told it was on Pokemon Stadium, third match of the Bo3 in winner quarterfinals, and it happened because Ramin got windmill'd (?).

Well, I've only been able to watch the first match, because I was setting up the recording device for the next matches on the other side of the venue. : (

LOL. Anger post calm down Ramin. I don't even play Brawl seriously anymore I'm concentrating on Melee now. No need to insult someone because you lost to a freakin Mario. Man up and get better and make sure it doesn't happen again.
