I'm the guy who posted the cambodia combo video on youtube. My friend, dashdancedan, went on a mission trip to cambodia a few years ago and he met with their smash community. They don't have a lot of players (only like 30 or so spread around the country), but they're all at a surprisingly high level for some reason, and dan told me they play really weird, but it's legit. Dan said they adapt faster than anyone he's ever played, and they were extremely technical with low tiers, for some reason.
I don't know who the best character is in Cambodia but I do know that Young Link and Peach are top tier and Yoshi and jigglypuff are high tier, lolz. Also, Kirby and Pichu are bottom tier (sorry ICG).
If any of you remember Krazy Jones (Peach player from back in the day.. I think he was in the FC3 east vs west crew battle), he was from cambodia... I'm just assuming he had some sort of influence on their community.
