It didn't start out as a troll, but when I realized that everyone would be willing to argue over it, I turned it into one.

I actually did believe this at first because I had read everywhere that it was true.
I quickly changed my opinion, but I kept the fight going. I eventually wanted to get off of the subject because I was afraid the thread would die if I stayed on that one subject.

#2 Saying it was un-Constitutional by calling it Socialist.
The reform is Socialist, but so are the Police Department, Fire Department and Libraries.
I have no proof that it was un-Constitutional.

#3 This reform does cost to much money IMO.

#4 I don't believe that everyone on welfare is lazy, that was made up to pester people.
I do know some people in my area that don't need it, but then again, I know a whole lot that do need it.

I don't see how anything there helped clarify anything - if anything, it's just confirming my beliefs. The only thing that I think may be trolling is the way you (purposely?) ignore or misunderstand points being raised, much like right now. So, if that's your way of trolling, okay.

And now I can't tell if your condescending attitude is meant to be trolling or not, but I'll assume it is.

Almost everything that people were arguing over were trolled.

What I really and truly believe is that this is a good idea that costs to much money.
If it was exactly like EU's then it wouldn't be a problem.
I also whole heartily believe it is Socialist because Socialism is where the Government controls every aspect of a plan/reform/organization (including the military).
There are other things that are Socialist in the Government, so this isn't the only one.
