IMO, since there aren't that many people attending at the moment, The Venue should be something like,

5 for venue, 5 for tourny

Singles
70% 1st
30% 2nd
Free entry 3rd

Doubles
67% 1st (66 but in case complications arise with a missing 1% >.>)
33% 2nd

Could be wrong but don't think it'd make as much sense for gamingworld to take as much as w2z, that was in a decently trendy part of manhattan. gworld is in denville of morris.

Also it might encourage more people to enter doubles, very few people have been signing up for that

Gamingworld was fun yesterday. I lost to M2K in round 1 (Apparently I did a chain grab that he never seen before. I've figured out how to chain Meta Knight .) Then I beat TDAP and lost to a pretty good ROB player.

Doubles I teamed with Master Dave and got 4th. We lost to Inui and Atomsk in winners, and Blue and Jigglymaster in loser's semi's.

M2K won a new Wii. Azen was there and they *****. Inui got mad Falcon Punches off on Azen in doubles.

Jigglymaster got way better with Diddy. He beat Inui, Kai, and Atomsk and took a match from Azen.

Atomsk vs. Jigglymast mad funny. Atomsk sd'd at 10% damage on the windy part of PS2. He said after the match "I lost the set because I farted." He flew off the top of the stage with a charged fart.

Hopefully I'll be back there sometime during winter break.

I'm not to hot about Gaming World. The venue isn't great, but Taiki seems to be running stuff, and it's not OD far, and it's affordable, with noobs fueling our pot, so it's not bad. At $10, if we're losing 35% of the pot, we're in trouble. I mean, it's chill when m2k and Azen both show up . . . except I was busy that day so wtf.

I was a tad but rusty, unlucky, and the T.V.s lagged. I definitely had a very good chance of winning that first one, and came **** close. I've only been to one.

I'm thinking Gamingworld tomorrow (who's coming??), Inui's next week, and probably first NYC monthly on Oct. 18. BTW Umbra, R00kie, and Ryko, I can drive to Inui's. And of course anyone else who wants to go to that.

Dan, $10 is way overshooting it for gas. Use that to enter doubles or something. If people want to chip in, something like $2 or $3 is probably more appropriate. I know you guys are for the most part students with little to no income, so I understand if you can't, don't even worry about it cause really i'd be going to these tourneys anyway.

I'm okay with the g-world venue (especially if the only other option is Nexus where you can't pick your main more than once), the TVs shouldn't lag this time, though it's true it can get crowded easily. Also if 20 people come at $10, that's a cool 100 for winning singles. And if you win singles you should probably enter doubles and win more.
