i played the beginning of a2

it was nostalgic feeling

so then i felt like playing

pokemon LOL

i like how it only took like 5 minutes to get to the save point

most games make me watch an intro, go through a ****load of dialogue and wait for like 30 minutes

and i have like 20 to go through

i think i'll finish phoenix wright first. i seem to be playing it most, but it takes like an HOUR to get to a save point when you start. it pisses me off sometimes, but it's a really addicting game lol
next i'll probably play.. pokemon because it's just generally addicting, even though i HATE 4th gen and all of the pokemon are incredibly lame. so i started and ran into a bidoom and i was like LOL **** THAT and i just kill everyone i see

SMASH BUS. is 50 smashers. driving down to florida, across thorugh texas, up to cali, for genisis. were atepmting to break i think 3 records along the way. and have setups on the bus, and its the msot epic thing to ever be done, and im makign a video of it. anddd yeah. 7 day roadtrip fro smash to the biggest smash tournie eva =]

i have 155/340 saved, neeed to paint 4ish mroe xbox/wii cases or a wackload of controlers.

but really from a melee player, and some brawl players, point of view,
brawl takes little or no skill,
and lacks the competitive value melee has, and no one seems to ever argue this with anything to back it up.

SFU Tri-Smash 3 - Burnaby, BC
Date: sometime late April, saturday + sunday (when we're done with exams lol)

This is going to be the biggest tournament we've ever hosted in BC (all 3 smash games included), and I'd really like to see some EC attendance at this one. We just held Tri-Smash 2 on the weekend, and it was fairly awesome despite poor attendance (huge snowfall, many people couldn't make it). This one is going to be very big though, provided enough people actually get their sh*t together and travel.

tl;dr: Huge tournament in BC, 64/Melee/Brawl, 2 days, plz come

If Brawl really had little or no competitive value, I think someone who played it competitively would know. Although you're most likely to say Brawl has competitive value if you're a competitive player, but if it didn't, do you think the amount of people (by people I mean professionals, not Wifi Item Scrubs) that play it would still be playing it?

I play Super Mario Strikers (very competitive game) and Super Mario Allstars (or whatever that baseball game is called) and love them both. But I think the Mario Baseball game has no competitive value what-so-ever. This is a bad example, but it's the only thing I could think of. Plus, I think what I said above is enough anyways.

super mario strikers looks cool though, i think i'd rather play it than brawl
dry bones are broken as hell
people play brawl to make money off of it lmao. it's a game with a big fanbase. big fanbase = big tournament turn out = big pot = easy money in brawl's case
