Ok but real talk, irl I stay silent of my hyperfixations because nobody that I see on a near daily basis really shares my same interests. And also I'm insecure about how people view me (midwestern white folks be harsh y'all). Not to say I don't got friends but damn I wish I saw people that shared my interests.

For me the way I look at it is, if people don't share any interests with me here that's chill, I'm still gonna talk about them on the off chance that someone here does(like my occasional yugioh posting moments)
Although realtalk, I find myself not being as invested in this thread as I used to be back in the good ole 2018-2019 days. Probably for the better, to be honest.

I have enjoyed all the MCU movies this year including Thor Love and Thunder which I swear is better than Ragnarok.
It's the tv shows I've been finding to be lackluster.
The only one I enjoyed was Moon Knight.
I couldn't click with Ms. Marvel and I was disappointed with She-Hulk.
I can't comment on Werewolf because I haven't watched it yet.

So we've already had four bans from OU for Gen 9.
Houndstone, Palafin, Flutter Wing and Iron Bundle.
Houndstone with Last Respects was too much, but Basculegion's got the move too and it's coming soon, so...
Palafin is literally a Slaking with zero downsides, makes sense.
Flutter Wing is defensively frail, but oh my god is it stupidly fast and hits like a truck.
And finally, Iron Bundle........... actually I have no idea. It's fast and gets Hydro Pump+Freeze Dry, I guess?

I want WB to acknowledge Midway was more than Mortal Kombat. The only reason a few of their racing games were able to survive their death was because Microsoft bought Hydro Thunder and Cruis'n was always co-owned by Nintendo so when Midway died they took full ownership and let Raw Thrills make Cruis'n Blast.

What a game man, what an emotional roller coaster, what a beautiful game.
The entirety of my gripes boil down to the fact that there are places where you can tell it’s a PS4 game first and foremost that just runs a lot better on PS5. The big ones are the little crawl and squeeze parts of the game that allow the game to load without hitting a loading screen which I imagine wouldn’t be needed with PS5’s SSD but that’s about the only gripe I had and that’s super minor.

So many of them have potential. Spy Hunter, Paperboy, Defender, Tapper, Joust, Gauntlet, and Rampage alone could each be interesting full experiences. Heck some of them could even be open world city explorey games like people enjoy. An open world Paperboy game set in a nostalgic 80s city where the goal is to make enough money to survive by doing your paper route? Sounds good! An open world Spy Hunter game on the run from enemy combatants in that suped up car. That would work! Rampage and Joust would both be good multiplayer online party games akin to Fall Guys or Among Us. Where you just get on a server with a bunch of friends and goof off, you know? In one you're jousting each other on Ostriches and in the other you're competing to wreck more of the city than your friends. Tapper could be a small indie-style experience where you control the barman and the game is just managing the bar. And Defender, flying around saving civilians and shooting down hostile aliens. Give it a bit of No Mans Sky DNA where you have to fly from planet to planet in real time because you're like... responding to distress signals as they happen and you're golden. The ideas are not hard to think of.
Edit: also Gauntlet already had an excellent reboot that they just need to sequalize and expand upon.

That happens a lot. I do it to with my own interests. I do remember watching the show a little as a kid but I'm not super familiar with it.
