So I don’t know why but I saw this Pokémon day rumor being talked about as if it seemed real for some reason. I only found one rumor that mentioned what I saw being talked about.
Which is a second game that might get announced. First part of this rumor has to do with ZA and the characters that will appear.
Even though I doubt it’s real, I’ll spoiler this:
The ZA stuff I could actually see if it’s set in the present or future. Outside of N, I have no idea how he could fit into this story.
But for the second part, another Kanto game would be so controversial. We already have one on switch, why would we need another?
Especially when it has mount silver and toho falls but not Johto? I don’t think you can deliver a Kanto game on the switch which already has one, unless you add all of johto. Even if it’s just post game.
I would be down for this idea though if we got johto and could take gyms on in Kanto or johto before post game. Needing either only 8 or maybe even all 16 badges. You could combine but team rocket plots to make it work, but they would probably just keep johto post game.
Which would be fine if they expanded the dex beyond just evolutions. Maybe round it up to 300.
Also if we were going back to the sevi islands, completely revamp them Gamefreak. They are so pointless and you could do much more to make them stand out.
While they are at it, they should modernize Kanto if they actually do this game. Update the looks of the towns and routes, and maybe even add a few more. Kanto is the most boringly designed region. Giving it a revamp that makes it stand out aesthetically would be really nice.
