I bought Pokemon Scarlet and it's dlc.

I am a problem child at the ripe age of 30.

If I had a nickel for every 30+ year old person on this site that is addicted to Pokemon, I'd have two nickels, which isn't a lot, but it's weird that it's happened twice.

I always had the plan to get every Pokemon game on the switch, but buying Scarlet for around $100 hurts my ****ing soul.

Doesn't help when next month will mark TWO years since we got the last update to PMEX Remix.

I also just cooked up some of my first Paradox Pokemon drawings for my logo-based Pokedex.

I have a problem with occasionally mixing up the companies 'Castle Rock' and 'Anchor Bay' in my head. But, I took their logos and turned them into paradoxes. One, a past Lapras, the other, a future Avalugg!

I've noticed that Avalugg, despite my own soft spot for it, is a bit of a contentious mon around here.

And while I do really like what I did for it, the future paradox forms tend to be contentious so I dunno if I did it any favors. Oops.

I gotta draw Lapras more often though, it was fun to draw

Currently starting up Scarlet. My starter is gonna be Quaxly and again, I'm gonna use gen 9 pokemon only.

Because I'm using a Water type, who's gonna be a Water/Fighting type, I get to use Ceruledge this time. And I won't have to use Wugtrio this time, who which was a useless pick in my previous team.

I agree, and it seems that’s the case now. I honestly thought we would see an announcement because of the rumblings of it and the vouchers and gold coins changes. Feels like something they would follow a direct up with and explain more.

I am extremely disappointed. Being able to discount any purchase I made was so good.

My guess is that some Nintendo exec realized the horror of people spending money and as a result, being able to buy 8 year old games for slightly cheaper than usual. Honestly, Nintendo are probably the greediest of the 3 console manufacturers

I'd say I'm shocked but this is Nintendo, and squeezing the consumer for every single penny is such a 'Nintendo' thing. Was nice while it lasted at least...

Oh Nintendo also confirmed that NSO vouchers won't work on Switch 2 exclusives, that's a bummer

I see people everywhere thinking Nintendo stopped this because of greed, but the answer should be obvious imo.

If they are also stopping the vouchers and this ends before the switch 2 presentation, then I’d say that’s a big hint that they are reworking the Nintendo network/my Nintendo for switch 2.

They will very likely follow up these programs with something new and exclusive to Switch 2, because Switch 1 won’t be supported forever. I can’t see them permanently removing these as they have always had a program like it in the past. It’s probably getting a rebrand and going to work a little differently.

I think this might be my best team yet.

My family's mostly Christian, and I never saw any films like this growing up. I think we took care to avoid such films.

Also, I know this is Spongebob, but what the hell is that vehicle even supposed to be? Or do, for that matter?

Got to make the perfect burger today. Patty seasoned with salt, pepper, and old bay for that authentic krusty krab taste (I found a Krabby Patty recipe online in college that uses old bay for the secret ingredient). The traditional burger hat and coat (American cheese, pickles, ketchup, mustard, lettuce, onion, and tomato). And some extra stuff for more flavor (bacon, sautéed mushrooms, and Gorgonzola cheese). I call it the Krusty Klassic DX. Best god damn burger I could ever eat.

It’s its tail and throat fan. Two things lizards often have. GameFreak used these features to mimic wheels as a flourish on the design but they don’t actually move like wheels. It’s clever.
