Why is it so hard for you to not put massive spoilers in your thumbnails when the official translations are not even out yet and a lot of people only read the chapter when they release? I often look at the leaks beforehand myself and yeah, that's my choice, but sometimes I do actually make an effort to avoid spoilers but some people make it really difficult

Those Smash leaks sound pretty fake. But I guess we're back in the thick of it. I'm sure we're gonna see some new Pokemon or Xenoblade character at some point. Sol? Not so much. You could make a case for any notable fighting game character though.
You'd think we'd see more Ryu Hayabusa shilling though. He was a pretty popular choice for years at this point.

If anything, I bet the new 3rd Party characters for Smash 6 would focus on those that made the 2nd to last wave of Mii Fighters. Iirc Sakurai said that they were very popular requests.
Those characters were:
Dante
Shantae
Llyod Irving
Dragonborn
And for good measure, I'll throw in Sans, Cuphead, and Doomguy sknce they were popular requests.

Funnily enough Bass wasn't a Mii costume out of the Mega Man ones, nor Shadow for the Sonic ones from what I remember.

If doomguy joins, he might have his Dark Ages look as that game will be releasing May 15th this year. If not, Doom Eternal like the Mii Costume.
For Indie characters, surprised they made it that far despite some people's doubts comparing them to Triple AAA characters or requests of theirs. (No offense. We all have our opinions. Though, still remember the Geno meltdown after Fighter Pass 2 was concluded.)
For the others, we will see once Sakurai, other companies and creators are ok during the hidden starting development.

I’d add Shadow the Hedgehog as a safe bet. Geno’s always in an iffy position but I’ll be nice and say he’s got a better shot than normal this time.

Best to wait with the idea on the backburner. The more you think about it, the more paranoia and anxiety will haunt you as one continues to wait for official news.

It took longer than planned but I just finished watching all episodes of The Angry Beavers. Great show. The best episode is definitely "The Day the World Got Really Screwed Up!".
The next show that I will be binging will be Captain N: The Game Master. And with Smash speculation seemingly back on track, it couldn't have been a better time to do so.

I'll be genuinely flabbergasted if Bandana Dee doesn't make it into the next Smash.
He's one of the most popular characters we're missing and was a constant favorite in Ultimate speculation. With all the exposure he has and all the support he gets, he's practically a lock.
With that said, in terms of Kirby reps, Fecto Elfilis would be infinitely cooler.
