OK... so one thing. But still. Having that be an option in the female playthrough, which I assume is all it ever was, an option that you only had in the female playthrough, does not effect the content from the original game they want to be accurate to.

Like... adding stuff that wasn't there is fine changing/removing stuff that was there to begin with isn't. And considering this stuff was already in a version of the game that everyone loves, why not bring it back?

Like seriously. Is there any real reason to play Reloaded over Portable when it's just going to not have some of the Persona 3 content because of this... i guess you can call it dogma.

But they're just refusing to add on something that was part of the original game, or at least a version of the original game, because they want to be accurate to a different version?

FeMC is just treated weird.


Male MC in P3 is the canonical main character of 3, and the one all the games refer back to in games like the Arena games(Which, yes, are canon), whereas FeMC is just kinda, there in the Labyrinth games.

So far I haven't heard a single valid reason why they aren't doing it. Like, Atlus being weird is not a valid reason because they shouldn't "be weird". At least not in this sense. And I don't know why everyone else is so "cest la vive" about it. Honestly I think that's why I'm getting so upset, it feels like all the anger this topic should be eliciting is just in me.

If other people were like "yeah, it's dumb. They're being dumb and should just do it". Then the anger would spread out and I'd probably be calmer. But I guess my subconscious is making me pump out a communities worth of rage from one person because everyone else is like "that's just how it is, atlus gonna atlus!". Like no! Be slightly perturbed! Complain! At least a little!

If enough people scream into the void, the void might scream back. It has happened before.

And I'm not even asking for screaming. I'm asking for idle chatter. Expression of discomfort instead of just acceptance of the status quo.

You can think it’s dumb all you want but don’t try and singlehandedly produce the anger of an entire Reddit sub.

It doesn’t sound very healthy, it’d 100% be annoying, and probably get you banned again

But I don't think it's healthy for lots of other people to just be like "this thing that's not really good just is "the way things are" so why express any discomfort over it being the case". I'm not saying people should become keyboard warriors over every inconvenience but like... I think it's better to talk about how something isn't OK, even if you have no power to change it, rather than just repeating "that's just how things are" in all it's various forms.

Are you talking about Nier Automata?

If so, then I can say it's very good with the DLC packaged with the Switch port.
Any graphical blemishes I did see were present in previous releases.

I've been testing the stuff with YouTube video player resolution going weird. I turned off my adblocker at one point when it was being strange, and the resolution turned back to normal, then when I turned it back off, it was normal for a little bit, but the resolution went weird again.

If YouTube is making the website garbage to look at if you have an adblocker installed, then that's scummy as ****.
