Smash Bros wants characters that stand out with their own unique mechanic. Ribbon Girl did have the multiple jumps, but Min Min was chosen for two reasons.

1. Her or Ninjara was the most popular out of all the ARMS cast.
2. Her Dragon Arm mechanic with ARMS basics was the most unique.

If the Harley Quinn show is safe, I hope the Kite Man spin-off is. That premise sounds really fun with how over the top the villains performances are in Harley Quinn. Could make for a lot of fun stories and interactions.

There's also Twintelle, but I do feel she might've ended up a bit too similar to Bayonetta

And Min Min is definitely among the most unique, though we've also got Helix and Lanky Ko...Lola Pop in that case.

I just wanted Ribbon Girl cause I'm emotionally attached, that and she's one of the game's most major characters. So yeah I'm pretty much just biased here.

Holy **** I never realized how similar that and Lilo & Stitch were to each other. The Iron Giant is Warner Bros.' Lilo & Stitch.
