Really? I didn't Ragnarok from the beginning. My big grip is that Ragnarok is telling two stories that just don't mesh. Funnily enough what I enjoyed the most is the section regarding Asgard and Ragnarok. Where the film falls apart is the Planet Hulk adaption which cannibalizes the Ragnarok storyline. Also the humor didn't land for me (at least Planet Hulk onward.)A new Fatal Fury game. Kind of ironic considering all of the new prototype assets that were undercovered last month from the canceled sequel.
I really need to pick up the PS2 compilation already. I hope Matt Mcmuscles is okay, him and Maximilian Dood must have lost their minds.
It's a shame all of this awesome SNK news is still undercut by MBS, but I guess donating an equal amount to charity as ResetEra suggests equals out maybe...or picking up a used copy.
Same. I liked Love and Thunder more, or at least felt better walking out of the theater. Ragnarok tends to get worse for me each time I watch it aside from the music and some of the visuals.
Regardless of what happens, I hope you feel better soon man!So it's quite possible I have Covid. Despite us getting the vaccine twice, my dad tested positive just a couple days ago and at first yesterday, I did the Covid test and tested negative for Covid and so far, everything was good. But today, I was feeling a bit nauseous so I kept a bucket nearby since it felt I was could have puked and eventually, I thought I would take a nap to see if I got better later and good lord, I think I just had the worst experience of being sick ever in my life.
I had next to no control over my weight and body and because I was still feeling nauseous, I had to make an attempt of going to the bathroom. I was practically crawling to the bathroom afraid of tripping. Whenever I moved, my body would practically fling itself where I was trying to go and while I got to the bathroom I felt so incredibly awful and was practically finding myself wanting water and liquids. I had to beg my brother and sister to get them for me since I felt so sick. To try and see if anything would change, I managed to get myself into the bathtub and have a hot bath, but I had to do a lot of precautions and preparing to make sure I could not hurt myself and while the heat felt nice, the tub was not doing me any good.
After having a bath, I still had to move slowly back to my room to make sure I didn't trip and I just went straight for the bed. Wet towel, no clothes, next to no control over my body and just hurting everywhere. I just recently woke up and found myself in a pool of sweat, but feeling so much better and having back control of my body. Still a bit wobbly, but no longer is my body just flinging in a direction like those video games where each button or control stick moves a different part and whatnot. But good lord, that was awful. That was so ******* awful. And the worst thing is that I don't even know if my experience was Covid-related or possibly something different.

There's a couple issues but the Planet Hulk stuff feeling shoehorned in is definitely one of them (so there was some sort of portal to Saakar on Earth? Is that how Hulk ended up there?). Tonally I feel it's all over the place and that dramatic scenes don't have time to breath or are undercut by the non-stop joke attempts (I think more of them land though than in L&T). Also Hela suffers from the MCU curse of underdeveloped villains.Really? I didn't Ragnarok from the beginning. My big grip is that Ragnarok is telling two stories that just don't mesh. “I’m Beast Hsing-Hsing. Drinking my sorrows away? Nah, I’m just celebrating our meeting.”
Alignment: Neutral-Neutral
Origin: Chinese mythology. A type of ape named after the word sheng, or “lively”. Known as shoujou in Japan, they share their name with orangutans. These animals have a red faces and a fondness for alcoholic drinks. Due to their advanced intelligence, they know about human language and tricks, often seeing traps laid for them in advance and loudly cursing the hunters. Some tales say that they have the talent to brew healing or poisonous booze.
Skills: Sukukaja, Taunt, Madness Nails
Next time, you will meet a demon of the Haunt race.
Chinese hsing-hsing gives me the impression of a cryptid while Japanese lore describes them as more akin to a yokai. Hsing-Hsing’s design doesn’t take many risks but it has a hilarious pose and fits surprisingly well with the sake mechanic in old Devil Summoner games. Fun fact: Due to how much they like drinking, “shoujou” is also a way to jokingly refer to a heavy drinker.
Skips seen better daysThat’s just Skips.
When in doubt, pinky up.Don't drink and monkey

Are you encouraging monkey intoxication?Note for self: apparently, intoxicated monkeys are a useful tool to get maximum engagement from your Smashboards posts.
No, monkeys of all species should drink safely. Are you encouraging monkey intoxication?
There's a Gangsta's Paradise and Sonic joke in here but I'm too lazy to make itSonic 3 is coming out a week before I turn 24, neat
Words to live by.
Honestly I'm just glad I finally found the chance to relevantly say that. No, monkeys of all species should drink safely.
I have no opinions on what they do with fermented fruits.
