On the topic of relationships,

I haven’t been in any but there will a few people I was interested in. However they turned out to be kinda ass holes. Outside of one person who I just think wasn’t interested. She went through a lot with previous relationships and didn’t really want to date anytime soon.

However recently in moving I’ve been using apps to try and meet people because there’s no one really out her in my area. I even created a dating profile even though I’m not sure of what I want from a relationship.

Regardless I created a profile just to see if I could get any hits. Which I unfortunately have not.

However, Im not upset over it. I still love myself and that’s key. However I know I need to work on myself and there’s still aspects I want to change for my own well being. The other week, I finally just kinda of said “enough” and set out to change all these things in my life. The next part is a bit more personal but I think it’s something that some people may need to hear.

Spoiler: long and personal

This year I’m at the same age as my brother was when he passed away, and that’s always sitting in the back of my head. While a lot of issues came together to cause his heart condition, a big factor was weight and eating/with no exercising and over working himself.

I could never let my health go bad after that. I wouldn’t want to do it to my family again and I personally want to change that. I’m not obese( but I definitely have a gut that needs to go and my weight could go down) and I’ve been really healthy immune wise thanks to the treatment I get. So I just woke up one day and with all these factors weighing on me I’ve set out to be the best version of myself. I’ve began walking 7 miles a day, eating better and focusing less on gaming. I still don’t have a permit of license because I never needed one before. Now I’ve been on a grind to make damn sure I can succeed, get healthier, meet new people and explore new places. It’s not easy, and if it was then more people would be able to do this.

But I’m not going to take life for granted anymore, I want to make a change. So far it’s been going well, but it’s not over yet. So what I would say is if you want relationships and to improve your mental state from negative thoughts about your self worth, you just got to go for it. The hardest part is starting and sticking to it, but I believe anyone can do it and I wish anyone here luck with what they want to improve about themselves.
