I've got the night off, so I think I'll play some Super Mario 64. I beat the second Bowser, and I'm hoping to get at least one star from every world in the game.

I'll probably have the Microsoft presentation on tomorrow - in my experience, there's usually only a handful of games (often less than five) that I'm interested in, but I missed a lot of the presentations earlier this week, so I figure I might as well keep an eye on this, even if it's just in the background. (I've seen rumours, but I don't put too much stock into them)

I thibk the funniest thing was that they removed abilities in PLA, but for decided to hardcode Slow Start into Regigigas and he's the only Pokemon that has an ability for whatever reason and given the structure of PLA made him even more ass

It looks cool enough, and most 3D platformers end up going for 3D Mario, Banjo or R&C and occasionally Sonic instead. So a Spyro style one should stand out a bit more. A lot of the 2D ones are for sure based on Mega Man, Metroid, Castlevaina or Contra a lot of the time, but now with Pizza Tower and Anton Blast, some Wario Land stuff is out there too.

Way too young. RIP. I really enjoyed his work in the Fire Emblem and Pokemon series. Casting him as the lead in Shield Hero was a perfect choice.

I wonder if they'll end up redubbing him for Pokemon Masters should we get any future Blue alts? They've been adding a lot of new voicelines for older characters as of late.

Yes, Nintendo once made a dating sim.* And yes, it is now playable in English.

Hopefully this gets us closer to some of the other visual novel FDS games getting translations too. Heaven help us should modern Nintendo fans learn about Time Twist.

Poor Allain, was the cool guy in the anime at one point but now is being used entirely for fodder to show how strong Leon apparently is.

That's the unfortunate way tournament arcs work; not everyone can share the spotlight. Hopefully Alain can still get some cool moments.

Time Twist is definitely the most messed up Nintendo game by far. Nuclear apocalypse, boss battle against Hitler, slaves being murdered by the KKK, alcohol poisoning, and fighting a demonically possessed Jesus, etc.

I assume the game is probably mediocre, but it would definitely be quite the playthrough from a Westerner's perspective.

Haven't watched the new season yet as I'm a light novel diehard, but I've heard good things about his replacement, Stephen Fu.

I mean he is a pretty good replacement but took some getting used to but so far the story itself is pretty meh but I have heard once the turtle story is over it gets good

The more I read about The Backrooms lore, the more crazy it seems to get.

There's at least two separate canons that largely have different entities, areas and concepts beyond the original idea. It's basically a more disorganized SCP Foundation, and that's not even taking Kane Pixels' adaptation into consideration.
