Still don't understand why Wario Stadium is the only N64 track to not have been revisited again.

This DLC better not disappoint me.

I'm usually pretty quiet on graphics drama, but hey, I'll give my thought process on why I'm not too pleased with the courses' graphics, if ya wanna know why some folks aren't a fan:

Mario Kart Tour was a mobile game, which obviously, is far less graphically powerful than something on the Switch. As a result of this, Nintendo gave the game a far simpler art style. It has this sort of plastic, toy-like or cartoony style, which I actually really like. Thing is, this clashes pretty heavily with MK8's art style, with all the realistic textures and the like. So this definitely feels like a byproduct of re-using content from a mobile game for me. Nintendo was probably going for a "quantity over quality" thing here, which I don't think is bad per say. Some people prefer having a wider variety of courses over every course being some graphically impressive marvel, which is totally fine! I just wish Nintendo took a bit more time to make the courses' graphical style consistent with the other courses.

...But I absolutely don't think this is something to lose your **** over, like some folks on Twitter are.
You shared your opinion respectfully and reasonably.

epic chocolate milk for epic post:

Yeah, I get that. It can definitely clash with the rest of the game’s style. I actually really like it, though: The simple textures and bright, saturated lighting really fit in well with Mario’s world IMO.

Spring is almost among us, and once it officially starts, I am on video game sabbatical for six months which also includes not logging onto this site. Well, actually I have about 24 hours worth of premium membership left, so I may stick around a little bit longer even after spring starts. Just want to see my girls grace the background of my posts a few more times. I may briefly stop by a bit early, say, late August.

It was an eventful seven months spent with y'all. We got to read The Heist comic in anticipation of the last mystery fighter; my group picture was a success inasmuch as I acquired ~35 likes to it (TBH I never saw that coming as I just say what I need to say and leave and that will set as my wallpaper in a few minutes); me finding a new love in :ultpyra::ultmythra: (and no, they could never replace my OGs :ultpeach::ultdaisy:); but more than anything, the Social Thread Family has not disbanded even after the end of Smash Ultimate.

Noipoi Noipoi M MooMew64 Lamperouge Lamperouge Guh-Huzzah! Guh-Huzzah! @Ramen Tengoku @Pokelego999 @Hat N' Clogs @Zinith TheMightyP TheMightyP @Dyllybirdy @Zachmac @SonicSmasher1 and even @Freezerburn are just some of y'all I shall not forget about while I am on hiatus. I would tag everyone but I do not want to come off as a nuisance and besides my hands are killing me from dividing my attention across 32 games. Is anyone here gonna miss me?

Take care of yourselves, and I hope to see y'all again after about six months. :150:
Enjoy the time off, spring a great season to just enjoy. It was fun seeing your posts from time to time, especially the social thread picture. Hope you have a good spring!

Not really comparable considering they're two different genres, but the Boondocks is just straight up hilarious and I do like a good comedy.
They both are good and both fit into that looks like anime category. Last Airbender usually gets called one of the best animated series period.
Can't sleep

Thinking about how some of my Pokémon are going to be trapped in my 3DS forever
Don't have Pokemon Bank and Home?

The Boondocks is the best western cartoon that looks like an anime
In addition to Boondocks, Avatar: The Last Airbender, and Legend of Korra, I'd put Samurai Jack, Teen Titans (original), Castlevania, and Star Wars: Clone Wars in the running for that.

Just caught the Lake Guardians. Whoever thought Roaming Pokémon were a good idea should be fired

I do, but I won't be able to transfer every single Pokémon. Not to mention some of them are gonna be stuck in home jail for a little while
It's just cosplay Pikachu and the USUM Totem Pokemon that can't be transferred right?
Considering they don’t really do that anymore…

I think they were :nifty:
Well roaming Pokemon were sort of brought back with the Galarian forms of the Legendary Birds. They were much less tedious than how they were traditionally done.

I feel as if that's because Avatar is much easier to digest and hits a much broader audience. The Boondocks is super good but you gotta be in the know to understand it, and the target audience is a bit smaller and more specific too. But again, both are really good.

You know, the Clone Wars never really struck me as that for some reason.

Idk why.
