Used to be but until they began concluding with BS verdicts (Bowser vs. Ganondorf: Can only be killed by holy weapons which that logic Ganondorf can beat characters like Godzilla, Darkseid, Thanos, Hulk, Goku, Superman, Galactus and such all at once as they lack holy weapons and such, Toph vs. Gaara: Can sense attacks and react to attacks before they begin, by this logic lets pit her against every single character in existence as she can sense all their attacks before they begin, Scorpion vs. Ryu: Gets stronger being in the neatherrealm which is the equivalent to a goldfish in a fish bowl nevermind the fact Ryu can compete with Akuma who destroyed an island with a punch, Dante vs. Bayonetta: ****ing Dante's regeneration to Deadpool levels which while impressive is nowhere close to that level, faster because he can cut through raindrops during a cutscene and lowballing Bayonetta's durability saying she's human despite the fact she headbutted a skyscraper. Bayonetta should've easily splattered him).

Edit: Also Yang getting stronger the more she is hit. Imagine how strong she'd be hit by someone like Superman or Hulk. By Death Battle logic, she'd survive their hits due to her semblance protecting her.

I personally think Season 6 is the best season of Death Battle.
The highlight include The Megaman Battle Royale, Wario vs King Dedede, Weiss vs Mitsuru, Johnny Cage vs Captain Falcon, Dragonzord vs MechaGodzilla, Ganondorf vs Dracula, and All Might vs Might Guy.
