I mean, it has the potential to be very good if it's kept on a tight leash on some things.
That said, assuming this is the original Bioshock, I'm quite curious on how they will handle the story or characters. The original Bioshock was practically your character alone for the most part getting help from the character Atlas, with not alot of interactions with other characters. And the lore and story telling was told through the records(or whatever was used) and whatnot. So it's like, how you do a Live-action Adaption from a game that relied on records for story and background telling and not a whole lot of interaction aside from one character guiding you?
That's not even counting on how are they going to handle the main character when most of what they do was being told what to do. If you have the main character be given too much of their own freedom to choose for themselves, it can make the "plot twist" that you had very little control to begin with seem very questionable. That's part of what makes saving or killing the Little Sisters a big deal in that those moments were the only true opportunities of choice the main character is given.
