I would say that there is a chance I could have known you guys or walked past before but I live in Ireland and there's like four/five other common members here from the UK/Ireland so its pretty unlikely.

If you're buying a Pokémon game just to talk **** about it, I'm going to straight up ignore you. It was bad enough pre-SwSh to the point I actually believe it influenced my enjoyment of those games (quality of these games notwithstanding), but I've since filtered out most of these by logging off Twitter permenantly. Legends Arceus on the other hand is a game that I enjoy immensely and from what I hear most of the fandom agrees for a change. I don't need someone who already knows they're not gonna like the game to ruin it for me.

I like battling Pokémon. I like the world of Pokémon. I don’t give a flying **** about catching them. And Legends seems to be way more about catching them battling.

No one's saying the game can't be criticised and boy there's a fair bit to criticise even if it's still a really damn good game.
People are only pointing out the foolishness in buying a game that you've very vocally made known you're gonna hate.

You know what, you're allowed to have an opinion on something you haven't played as long as you acknowledge that your opinion isn't all that educated.

But getting something just to complain is really toxic, and probably also pretty self destructive. Go do something you like instead. You'll be doing everyone - including yourself - a favor.

My opinion is just my opinion. And I am not really into exploration in games. So the whole point of Legends: Arceus doesn't appeal to me. And honestly, I would love a game where it's just a 2D JRPG, and a good one, and you just buy your Pokemon in a shop or something.

These studio purchases are getting out of hand. If not for Indies the industry would be at far larger risk of being monopolized.

Though, Bungie isn’t really a huge deal. Since they only really do Destiny now iirc
