Take it as good news. Nintendo's been trying to push Metroid where they can and Fortnite is a huge game. Remember Samus's Gunship in Rocket League?

The fact that, assuming this is true, Samus is repping Nintendo with Kratos and Cheif for their respective consoles, is a pretty big deal. Cuz Fortnite's a goofy enough game that they could've just thrown Mario in.

Fortnite Bad jokes aside, this could help Metroid maybe expand its audience of bit. Samus is a Nintendo all star, no doubt about it. But Metroid is still a little more niche than things like Mario, Kirby or Pokémon.

It's not even cartoons - sure, off the top of my head, there's Invader Zim and Avengers: Earth's Mightiest Heroes, and apparently, Nickelodeon tried their hardest to kill the Legend of Korra (from what I've read, they pulled the last season off of TV and only aired it online), but Fox did the same thing with Firefly (airing episodes out of order, and/or at random times) among many others.

This sort of attitude frustrates me, because it always has the same result - the network randomly moves shows around the schedule with no rhyme or reason, switches it to different channels altogether, and then blames the audience for the ratings not being high enough.

I'm not happy about the news of DuckTales getting canned.

At least they had enough time for Della Duck to make a good impact on viewers. I hope she and other lesser known Disney duck relatives show up more often in animation after this show ends. Paget Brewster really nailed the role.

KOF 15 stuff. Kyo, Benimaru, and Shun'ei are confirmed. Kyo's look is more classic, Benimaru's got a newer design. K' and Leona are also teased briefly, but we don't see their entire design.

They're pushing Zelda to be a more cinematic adventure nowadays, pretty much Nintendo's quinessential Triple A series at this point, and even then, aside from like Twilight Princess, none of the games where dark and serious.

Though I wonder what they would do with a new Metroid game on HD hardware. This is the first time the series jumped to HD, so I hope to see a massive leap.

I don't care for Fortnite whatsoever, but any game that can get Venom, Storm, Batman, Master Chief, Kratos and potentially Samus in one place is pretty impressive.

Still, it makes me wish Nintendo characters could've been bonus characters in MUA3, since they were about to be in the Wii Version of MUA1.
