The real issue is that 10-20 Wii games could take up too much SD card space and internet bandwidth. Remember, the way NES, SNES, and presumably N64 and Genesis Online work is that all the ROMs are already on your Switch once you download the programs.

There's easy ways around that, such as allowing the download of specific titles at a time. It's a simple enough concession even Nintendo could do.

I think the Wii's library's real hope is probably more in DKC Returns and Skyward Sword styled ports: The amount of effort they'll take to work right with certain games could make Nintendo want more money out of 'em.

i mean idk I'm desperate enough for more Wario Land :I'd buy Shake it It again for $60 :-)

Wii is sketchy 'cause the amount of work needed to get 90% of the library functioning would take a good amount of work.

GCN though? I could see it by late 2023 with the inevitable Switch successor.

I played Blazing Emerald and it was very good. The others I mostly haven't hard of, and I have seen Unbound and Light Platinum around. I'll check em out tomorrow, thanks for the suggestions!
