Anyone else find it a bit off putting with that fact that Candy’s supposed to be DK’s girlfriend with her being anthropomorphized and more human like and him more resembling an actual gorilla?

I think Candy's just meant to be an over the top character you can't take seriously.

eh, it’s already almost 10 here and I have school firsy thing tomorrow.

I mean, we all assumed it’d be in September cuz there’s most likely gonna be a September direct and it makes sense to have it there.
