I’ve always had this mortal hate of slugs. Like I gag whenever I see one and I hate to get even close to them.

Not sure why.

Same. I have this very clear memory from when I was a kid and went on a trip with my family, but the path was covered with slugs so I refused to go forward. To this day they still gross me out in a way few things do

It's tarantulas.

Small spiders? A-okay. Don't want them on me, but I'll gladly let a house spider live in my house (they hunt worse bugs).

They creep the **** outta me. They're just... huge and hairy and... I hate it.

I know they're relatively harmless (assuming you don't piss them off) but its one of the few things that would make me scream.

It's really weird cause I love spiders in fiction. Including spider monsters. But like, your regular ass tarantula? fjdasfjkldsjfklasjlk;d


Don't even get me started on ****ing bobbit worms. That's straight out of my nightmares...

I'm impressed by how ambitious a game it was for the time. Almost like a Zelda or Metroid game with the way you progress and different areas connect. I just got fatigued with keeping track of everything by the time I got to Terrydactyland.

I don't know how much of a hot take this is but...

With how much there is to collect in Banjo Tooie, making the worlds (and goals) interconnected was a huge mistake.

It complicates things and makes progression feel slow.

I think that's fair.

I think the thing for me is just remembering where everything is or figuring out what you can and can't do at any given time. Like I just learned the hatch ability. I know I can back to hatch Tiptup's egg but at the moment I'm scratching my head trying to figure out how to get solo Kazooie to the eggs in Terrydactyland.

One thing that would have made the game a lot more manageable would be maps. I kept going round in circles in Glitter Gulch Mine for ages because I couldn't remember which entry was where and what they led to. A map would have made it a lot better.

I actually already own it. Though I am strictly sticking to Nintendo and Rare platformers for the time being. One of these days I’ll finally give it a go though. It looks amazing.

Ok, so now that the Owl House is on hiatus for quite a while I have enough time to keep going on with my plan of catching up with all the animated media I missed out on these past six years.

And It seems that today they added to Disney+ Spain the last two seasons of that one show KingofPhantoms used to like called Star vs The Forces Of Evil (idk why It took them so long but oh well).
Think I'm gonna start with that one first, of course keeping in mind what Phantoms told me to do (Skip on the final two or three episodes).

So yeah... Let's do this

That was apparently Nintendo’s fault right? I think I remember that Eon, MGM, Activision, Rare, Nintendo, and Microsoft were all on board until one of the higher ups at Nintendo didn’t like that the game would look better on 360 than on Wii and had the game shut down. I remember hearing that but I’m not sure if it’s true.

Either way, now that IOI has the VG rights right now and Nintendo and Microsoft are much more buddy buddy, if there ever was a time to do it it’s right now.
