Again, I just don't see much point of getting a new console at launch unless it's a major exclusive. Only bragging rights outside of it. So looking at my brother with him having the Xbox Series X, I'm just eh. More annoying he didn't tell me about it, me being a nerd and all.

Plus for something like the PS5 and Xbox, I'd rather upgrade my TV first above all else for the 4K since I'm not gonna notice a very heavy difference with next-gen at first since mine is about five years old.

On the bright side of today, my pain has actually been managing a bit well. I'm getting more used to it. Hopefully I won't even notice in a few days.

I don't think it's likely, but I wouldn't count it out just yet. Steve likely murdered the dev time normally reserved for the next fighter, but it might still be on schedule. Idk.

Maybe if it's someone like Monster Hunter, but between Nintendo's almost complete lack of presence at last year's event (unless I'm remembering it incorrectly, they only had Marvel Ultimate Alliance 3 DLC, a No More Heroes 3 trailer, and a Bravely Default 2 trailer, all of which are third party franchises) and Joker being the only time that a Smash character was revealed at a non-Nintendo-hosted event, I don't think it's likely.

I have yet to reach the one hour mark in this game but I can already tell I like this game WAY more than the prequel.

I’d give it 10 percent. We have no real proof the pass is super delayed and sakurai has talked about how it was easier to work with a smaller team and they haven’t been doing to bad. Still we could have to wait. Getting half the pass known this year even if the 3rd fighter doesn’t release yet would make sense.

Plus a smash reveal would be a big thing to show and not get overshadowed by the PS5 or Xbox X reveals imo. That’s if that point even matters to them.

I remember tons were upset that we didn't get one last year despite never being promised such (even to the point Geoff Keighley had to comment about it on Twitter).

Not sure to be honest, but leaning more on unlikely. I'd probably expect the next Smash character to be revealed around January or February.

Marvel was a Nintendo reveal technically, since they funded and published the game themselves (and always advertised it during their streams when needed)

Found one of my old Bakugan gate cards. Man I miss the days of the old Bakugan, for what was essentially a bunch of toys it was a pretty fun game. Gimmicky as hell? Yes. But still really enjoyable.
