Honestly I would say it's funny that Braxien is more popular than Delphox despite them both filling the same niche, of witch fox Pokemon, but the more I think about it, the more I realize the reason why that's the case.

Chesnaught is legit a contender for bottom 3 Pokemon design, and Quillidan is nothing special at all, which explains why they never show up at all.

Delphox... yeah, Braxien overshadowed her. Shame because I actually do like Delphox's design.

Personally, I don't think Chesnaught is a bad design. It's a little awkward I'll admit, but there's nothing about it that strikes me as terrible either. However, at the same time I will say that I also don't find too much about it very memorable either. As time has gone on I've realized it hasn't really stuck with me and it's just kind of... there as a design, something that fills its role as the 'fighter' of its trio but doesn't do it in a way that makes it easy to latch on to like Greninja did or even Delphox to a smaller extent. It's just OK, and in a group that has many standout Pokemon for positive or negative reasons that makes it easy to forget.

And yeah, I do feel bad for Delphox for that reason. It's a good design, but a lot of people gravitated towards Braxien and after the anime pushed the latter that stuck. It also probably didn't help that its 3D model left a bad first impression, so a lot of people probably wrote it off early on and didn't really give it a second chance.

It just dawned on me; the real life city of Mombasa must have gotten a tiny bit of an increase in tourism when Halo 2 released. I mean, I wouldn't be surprised if it didn't, but it's still something interesting to think about, how real-life locations appearing in popular games can have an impact on the real place.

Wow. I've just remembered that I've actually posted and played some games today. I must be having those out of touch days like in March. I would have periods of memory problems that I wouldn't have the recollection of those who care about me in real life nor their names. It's as if I never knew them. Although, I'm use to not being cared for, it would break my heart should anything happen to them.
